House Rental
Lower Full Garden Level House in Marbella Suburb, North Western Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Minutes from Borinquen Airport, beach, main highways, town, shopping, mall & restaurants. Private side gated entry, side & back balconies. 2 living rooms, dining room, full kitchen, cable TV, nearby town activities.
There is absolutely no smoking in the house. Furniture is not to be moved around please.
Windows should remain closed when air conditioning is on. Thank you

Absolutely no smoking in the house, cigarettes butts left outside, moving furniture around, leaving if windows open while running the air conditioner, leaving of lights on when not in the house, leaving the house dirty & garbage ridden, sand in bathtub, sofa, after the beach. There’s a washing machine to wash towels, linens, clothes & clothes lines, Trash must be emptied & put out. Kitchen & refrigerator must be left clean & in order. Children must be supervised. Minimum stay 3days. Thank you.

Not what expected
They actually live upstairs from AirbnB. Felt like we were always being watched over. The couches are all peeling and are itchy after sitting on them for awhile. Hmmm! Has a washer but no dryer so you have to hang dry outside yuk! Be careful because address is not the address listed you would have to call her as street name changed so hard to find especially at night very scary!! Very spacious but decor way outdated.And always remember take pictures upon arrival and after departure!!! Owner is friendly that I can say.

Loved it!!
Yvette was an awesome host. Checked in on us often. Brought is fresh mangos. The apartment was nice and big. We loved it. I highly recommend.

It was great and the owner is wonderful. The beach, casino, and town is very close to visit. It’s a wonderful place to stay with a big family n friends.
Parking space is the only concern.

2 Night Stay
The lower level was spacious with A/C throughout. Right off the main highway with many choices of places to eat. The beach is a 6 min drive which was awesome. However, truth be told: the place is outdated and amongst other things, the bathroom could use more attention. The bathtub shower doors pictured were missing but the frame remains, covered by thin plastic curtains that were obviously used by previous guests and left uncleaned. Bathtub mat was old and stained, no hand towels/washcloths were visible. Wear and tear on dishcloths and sponges. There was no WIFI or TV service at all. Yvette stated service issues but we believe there is no service.
I had stayed at a beachfront place the week before for about the same rate and think that the amenities here are exaggerated. A high standard of guests expectations need always be considered. Yvette was pleasant and welcoming. I suggest re-evaluating presentation.

Our stay at Marbella
MARBELLA was the perfect place for our family when we arrived in Puerto Rico at 2:30 in the morning! The house was roomy, clean, and very comfortable for us to spread out and rest! The host Yvette was super kind and helpful, and even though we didn’t need him, we had the comfort of knowing her uncle lived right next door if there were problems. We drove to Crash Boat beach, Survival Beach, and Surfers’ Beach where our kids took surfing lessons. We would definitely stay at Marbella again, and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Aguadilla area!

Great place
The house was big and comfortable, just one thing when we arrive, need to clean the floor and surfaces. But in general we are very pleased with our stay.

Vacation Rental
Enjoyed our stay very much. It was quiet and spacious. Owner was pleasant and reachable whenever we needed her. It was like being at home. Definitely would stay there again.

Casa Marbella is a place where I personally enjoy it. Has well near one of the beautiful beaches of my island (CRASH BOAT) Also the water park (LAS CASCADAS). The house is a safe and very comfortable place and is in a very beautiful place. Has nearby shops and restaurants. I personally had a great time.

About the neighbourhood
No he área is suburban with lots of greenery. Gas, restaurants, shops, etc. are minutes away. The actual town is about 15 minutes away. The road to the beach is behind my house, minutes away.
Getting around
If coming from San Juan Airport you can rent a car on or near the airport. The house is 2 1/2 hrs away.
If coming from BQN Rafael Hernandez Airport in Aguadilla you can rent a car in the airport. The house is 10 min. away.
