Bedroom two has a queen bed and smart TV. If you have any children, they'll be able to experience most kids' dreams of sleeping in a large bunk bed. There are fun books to read located in one of the closets and a window view of the bay.

From Cornet Bay Cottage, you can choose from dozens of activities. In addition to the spectacular views, Deception Pass State Park offers hiking trails and a boat launch. There are whale watching and Deception Pass boat tours. The adventurous can rent a kayak. Shoppers can visit iconic La Conner for its gallery shops, museums and great restaurants. Or take a ferry ride to the Olympic Peninsula.

The North end of the island is home to the US Naval Air Station at Oak Harbor, the largest town on the island. Occasionally, you may hear the distant noise of jets flying overhead.
There are plenty of shops and services. Driving through the center of the island reveals bucolic pastureland, forests and the very present rocky shores on both sides of the road. Near the south end of the island, the pace slows, windy roads lead to galleries, shops and antique stores.
Everywhere on Whidbey are scenes out of a watercolor painting. Vibrant colors, high vantage points, beaches, friendly people and a slower, more relaxed pace. Local businesses promote 'do nothing here' are much as they do all the activities.
