The Nest offers a spacious basement apartment newly renovated with bright white walls and colorful decor. It features a large open space consisting of a living room, dining area, office area. One bedroom with a queen bed, an extra twin daybed in the livingroom, plus a couch and loveseat. The bathroom has an oversized shower, toilet and sink and is very spacious. Guests can prepare basic meals in the kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffeemaker. Not an option for longer term renters who need to cook. The Nest has a separate entrance with code approved egress window exit. Access to four seasons heated/cooled porch on main level and back patio area. Own washer / dryer
