Beach, pool, comfort all in one
Very good location on A bay, with beach access good views of the sunset and walkability to stores, and restaurants. We had a nice stay, we had an issue with the refrigerator and the owner was very sympathetic and worked with us on it. I would recommend this place to couples, and small families. We really enjoyed it.

Great Condo!!
We were very impressed with everything about the condo, it was amazing, well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and even some spices,(rice cooker was great). Perfect location and easy walk to the beach. We ate on the Lanai every morning for breakfast and evening for dinner. Hannah was very organized with great tips on places to eat, and things to do on the island. She was genuinely interested in making sure everything about our stay was perfect and memorable and it was 100% perfect in all ways. Can't wait to go back!!

More than expected!!!
First of location was amazing. When we got in to the condo, everything was so beautiful, with beautiful pictures and objects and everything. The kitchen, I have never seen a kitchen so perfectly equipped; I didn't even know how to use some of them!
The bed is very nice, we had a perfect night sleep every night. The showers are gorgeous. We didn't use the bath tub, we were already soaked in the pool that my children loved!

Wonderful place to relax and explore
We had a wonderful time at this place. The apartment is extremely well equipped and very clean. The location is also perfect to explore the island and enjoy the great beaches.

Miss it already!
We had a great time. The apt is very quiet, comfortable, spacious. Great location for going to lots of beaches and snorkeling. Big bonus that the apt had just about every amenity you could think of! Hannah and her staff are amazing - couldn't ask for a better management. My parents and I were very happy with our choice and we would recommend this rental to anyone seeking a place to vacation on the Big Island.

A perfect place to relax and enjoy island life
A very well appointed and comfortable Condo with great facilities and very easy access to the sandy beach. Our boys had to be dragged from the pool at the end of each day. We loved our staff and would readily return should we find ourselves on The Big Island again.

Well Organized Paradise Rental
Stayed at Kolea 16f with my wife and 2 kids ages 11 and 8. Condo is gorgeous with a great balcony . The furniture is comfortable and the unit is nicely decorated, The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. My kids especially enjoyed the pool area, and the distance to the beach. Note: The beach by the property is good but for swimming, we recommend driving north to Hapuna Beach which is not far from the condo. Back to the condo- it was well organized from first aid kit to a most convenient storage area with beach chairs, umbrella,coolers. The property is close to a shopping district with a gourmet grocery store. The owner is an excellent communicator and is well organized. She was very responsive to our inquiries. If you are looking for a nice family rental for 3-4 people this is the perfect Big Island headquarters for your vacation,

You are absolutely correct about Hapuna, as it's often rated as one of the best beaches in the country. Beach 69 is about a mile south of Hapuna and is another great beach which is more popular with the locals and are less known by visitors. Please come back when you have a chance. Better than any hotel
We had never been to the Big Island before although we do have friends who live in Hilo. We did a lot of research looking for the best place to stay. The pictures for unit 15J did not do the condo justice. It is a beautiful unit with only the best furnishings. Loved the artwork also. If this was my own personal unit I don't know if I would rent it out-that's how nice it is. The manager Wendee was super efficient in getting us settled. Infinity pool is beautiful. Towels available. Facilities impeccably clean. Beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. all available. Kolea is a great location with the Kings and Queens markets a short walk away. And the views from this unit are absolutely gorgeous-mountains to the left and beach to the right. We'll be back!!

Amazing!!!
We just returned to California after a week at Kolea 16f. The condo is beautiful and is just like the pictures. There was plenty of everything - towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Being on the 3rd floor, the elevator was really handy. The location is amazing - a short walk to a-Bay, the Kings Shops, Marriott and Hilton.
The owner Paulette and her parents were super nice and so accommodating(a big plus is that her parents live on the island - only a short distance away from the condo).
Originally there were 3 of us and at the last minute it turned into 4. The big beds were super comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was super convenient. We used the Viking bar-b-que twice - very nice. My only recommendation would be a new mattress on the pull-out sleeper sofa.
I would highly recommend this place! We had a great time!

Perfect Vacation Condo
Our family stayed 2 weeks and everything was absolutely perfect. The unit is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is nicely equipped. All beach gear is available for use, cooler, towels, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. We so enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the lanai with the gentle ocean breeze. The location is perfect. The kids really enjoyed the pool and walking to a'beach with direct access was a very nice perk. We also enjoyed a daily walk along the coast on the trail, the views are breathtaking. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and well kept. It was also nice being able to walk to the Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace for shopping and dining. We had such a wonderful time and are looking forward to returning sometime soon! Will stay again in 16F without question.

Getting around
Waikoloa Beach Resort is world-famous, and it offers just about everything that you would need to make your vacation extraordinary. There are two fabulous golf courses, abundant water sports, hike the 32-mile Kings Trail (built in 1855). The Hilton and Marriott are both within the resort and each has many things to offer. There is no shortage of spas or restaurants, fine-dining or casual. WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE from our villa, the Queen’s Marketplace and King’s shop offer the two largest shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences on the Kohala coast. From Waikoloa, you can drive to almost any place on this island in 90 minutes or less. Helicopter to the volcano, dive with the manta rays, the list of things to do is endless.
