An awesome experience

The Westin accommodations were perfect for our family, and the services and amenities were outstanding. If you did not want to leave the resort, we had everything you needed for a perfect vacation there. We could see whales and sea turtles in the sea just off the resort beachfront. The snorkeling was good, and the equipment was available at the resort. The pools were clean and well kept as well as all the restaurants and other food available at the resort. We also went into town and shopped in the Whaler Village area, which had a good variety for memories of the vacation.

How to get there

Westin Ka’anapauli Ocean Resort Villas are located on the north end of the famous Ka’anapauli beach. Most travelers find it best to rent a car for their travels around the island. However, there are shuttle services from the Kahalui Airport to the resort, if you don’t think you will need a car and are planning on staying on the west side of Maui. Westin does offer shuttles to Whalers village and Lahaina on a scheduled basis throughout the day. Uber/Lyft do operate on island, although the ride from the airport to the resort may be over $90 for the trip during that time of the year.
