The lanai is your own outdoor living room with spectacular views of the pacific ocean. Should you desire to grill outdoors, there are Wolf Grills and picnic tables available for your use. A Bosch washer & dryer are provided in your unit for your convenience, so feel free to pack light. You will have the choice of centralized air- conditioning or opening your lanai doors and enjoying the fresh breezes of Oahu. This stay will truly provide you a unique and relaxing experience. Your Ko Olina stay at the Beach Villas will be one of a kind and is definitely a 'place of joy'! This villa comes with one parking stall allocated to the property. If you require any extra parking stalls, it will be subject to the Resort's discretion and availability. Extra parking will incur an additional fee, which is directly charged by the Resort. Presently, the rate for extra parking is $25 per reservation. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate. 2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans. 3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation. 4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. These fees are assessed by the merchant of record and include charges from credit card institutions; not from Island Living Homes.
