The building is equipped with fenced parking , modern day security entrance system. and elevator. There is a roof top community room that has a tv room , laundry room, full kitchen , patio tables and bbq for your convenience. The views from the community space boosts views of the Pokai bay, the Waianae coast and mountain range OUR MINIMUM STAY IS 30 DAYS DUE TO NEW HAWAII LAW. Pokai bay

Absolutely awesome place to stay! This room and building is situated right on Pokai Bay with sensational views of sunset and the Pacific Ocean. Right down the road is Makaha beach! World renowned surfing beach during the winter!!! At least 15 nearby beaches that are unbelievably cool. The room was perfect everything you need! The owners were also fantastic to deal with…….. made everything very easy.
