River Days has access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool.

Our place was perfect for our needs- kick back at day's end, garage storage for all of our bikes, anything you could want on a kitchen, extra blankets, etc. Bonus was warm enough weather for the fantastic pool- clean, spacious, not too cold. We'd come back, for certain!

Comfortable stay in Moab
This condo had everything we needed for our stay as we visited the National Parks in the area. The furnishings were very "Southwest" style but comfortable, and the kitchen was VERY well equipped. It's a little bit outside of Moab, but only 15 minutes drive or so from the entrance to Arches National Park. You need a car to get to restaurants and activities from this condo.

Great stay on the golf course. Rental people were First Class and Courteous!
We stay there every year. All the condo's are spacious and clean.
Pool area is close and comfortable.

Lovely place. Backs up to the beautiful red rocks, quiet and comfortable. This is my 5th time staying here, and never get tired of it. It has all of the comforts of home and a nice pool too. Would certainly recommend this place to others. It's my go to place when I come to Moab.

Very comfortable, more than we expected.
Very comfortable, out of the city vacation spot. Right up by the red rocks in a nice quiet area. We looked forward to coming back to this nice place after a day of site-seeing in Moab.

Very nice Condo in Moab
The place was clean, and there were a lot of nice dishes in the cupboards which we really appreciated. The air conditioner didn't cool down the place the first day, but over night it caught up and was fine the rest of the stay. The location was quiet for the most part, the pool was a little small but nice.

Roomy and comfortable
Upstairs was warm at first, but the air conditioning made it pleasant when sleeping. Had a hard time with drying the dishes as we were asked before leaving because we saw no dish towels. The overall stay was very nice, especially for the price!

Great house for a family!
My husband, two kids (4 & 2) and my parents stayed in the house this July and loved it! It was a great size for all of us and close to Canyonlands and Arches so we were able to see both parks! We were also 3 minutes from town do we could get to the store or restaurants quickly! The pool was nice and cool and the air conditioning worked great on the 106 degree days. We would definitely stay again.
