The romantic Master bedroom features a gas log fireplace, a King Bed with sumptuous velvet bedspread in rich hues of orange, purple and green, plus large framed prints of “The Hare” and “The Fox” by Salt Lake City artist Galina Perova. The spacious en suite bathroom and dressing area has a dual vanity with wall-size mirror, a roman-style shower, a private lavatory room, and a walk-in closet.
The hall bathroom provides a luxurious jetted tub/shower and is just steps from the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom provides a comfortable King bed, 20” TV, and west-facing window. Geometric designs of Native Americana are portrayed in both wall art and the bedspread. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, with double bed on the bottom, to provide sleeping for three rambunctious buckaroos. This western-theme room has fun cow-motif lamps and large photo prints of Dead Horse Point and Delicate Arch.

Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to you in this pet friendly property (pet fees apply, some exclusions apply). There will be a $15 per night per pet fee. Several properties have a limitation on the number and type of pets. Please inquire for any pets other than dogs and for any number above 2 pets. This place delivered on every level; it was a "joy" to stay here!
We've stayed in the rim village condos complex a handful of times and this unit was one of the nicer ones we've had the pleasure of staying in. The couches had been upgraded and were very comfortable. It was perfect for our lifestyle and allowed a safe place for us and our pets. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of way to stream television as there are only local channels available. There was no place to hook up an HDMI cable. On the flip side- we didn't watch a ton of tv. It is nice to have though if you have a couple rainy days to kill.

Bright, comfortable, accommodations
Just outside of Moab and convenient to National and State Parks. It was well furnished, extremely comfortable, with grill and access to a community pool and spa.

Fantastic
Very spacious for 3 adults and 3 kids. Loved the stay. Wish we had another night. Would highly recommend this place for a friend going to Moab! Location is great too!

Gorgeous views out the livingroom.
Nice condo, gps had a hard time finding it as its in the back of the one of the block layouts. The view was amazing. The condo was clean and had plenty of sleeping space. Great that 2 of the bedrooms had king beds as both men with us were big guys. Pots and pans were in horrific condition we had to go to small store and buy some to cook with. Only 2 set of towels/wash clothes in each bathroom we could have used more. Just small things but good to know before you get there. Its a nice condo and we would rent it again if we go back. The hiking trails are so incredible in the parks that you spend most of your time there. Just sleeping/dinner and showers at the condo for the most part. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Jeep trip
Clean and plenty of room for the four of us and our boxer. Gated patio courtyard was perfect for our pooch. Both of our four-door lifted Jeep JKs fit into the two car garage. Unit is located in a culdesac for additional parking as well.

We had an amazing visit!! Our place was wonderful...felt like we were at home. It was very clean and spacious. Only downfall for me was the bed was a bit softer than we normally like. I would definitely go there if I make it back to Moab!!

Very spacious, beautiful view, quite neighborhood for family vacation.
It was a very lovely 3 bedroom townhome with amazing views of the mountains and close to Arches national park and many other hiking trails that we didn't have time to venture thru. The only suggestion I would make is to update pots and pans and more guest towels. Overall fantastic place to stay. Try not to find it in the dark, the directions did not have the name of the complex. Would love to come back and visit the area.

Stay at Jan's Joy, Moab, Ut
Spent a few days in Moab with my family. Only 6 of us, even though this place would have easily accommodated 8. We had a fantastic time. The place was clean and inviting. Only one complaint: the beds are too soft. But for some reason I did not leave with a sore back. Go figure. Great location. Good views. And nice to have a garage to park our cars. We did not use the swimming pool so we cannot comment on that. But we did eat all but one meal in the condo, and found the place well suited for our needs. Will definitely consider this property again. But will hope to find more firm beds.
