New home on a private wooded lot. Quiet peaceful area with quick access to eating, shopping, dining, etc. As a local Realtor and Builder we carefully thought out this plan for vacation rental to make your stay here special.
This rental rate is for the upper house with covered parking and covered porch facing the front wooded area. There is a separate apt in the lower part of the house with it's own entrance and parking around back. The house is discounted if you want to rent the upper and lower together.
The home is very comfortable and well equipped for your stay. I try to keep plenty of literature of surrounding area and I have a face book page -Cottage at Woody End that I post on. Reems Creek Valley is part of Weaverville township and a short commute to Asheville and just 5 minutes to Main St Weaverville where there are local coffee shops, artist, dining, drugstore, library. There is a gas station/convenient store within a mile from the house. The homes in our community are mostly private settings. Neighbors take walks. the night sky is peaceful, we get sightings of wildlife. You can fish in Reems Creek with a fishing license.

You will need a car to get around. Uber and Lyft are available.

How to get there
Once you are on Reems Creek Rd, you will travel approximately 3 miles and see a Stanley Station convenient store on the left. It is the 2nd street pass the store to the right, Parker Cove Rd (the street sign is down) It veers off to the right and crosses the creek. You go about 1/2 mile and take a left on Old Stewart Rd (it is a private lane) then a right on Pathwood Lane. It is the second driveway on left. There is no backing in or out of the drive. There is a turn around area at the bottom of this driveway. Upper guest park in the covered portico and lower guest use the drive to the left of the portico to park in front of the garage for apt below.
