Boston Condo Jamaica Plains
Our stay in Jamaica Plains was comfortable. The condo is located in a suburb setting. It took about a half hour to get into the city via Uber. The T was 4 blocks from the condo which was doable and they have a good transportation system into and around the city. The condo was pricey for being so far from the city but if 8 people split the cost, it works out better economically. It’s great for a big family or a large group of people. We enjoyed our stay.

One of the best places I've rented so far.
The property is as advertised in equipment and features. Apart from that, it is extremely well equipped with all that is needed for cooking, eating, and washing.
A family friendly place, we were able to live comfortably being a family of 8, including two married couples.
The neighborhood is very nice to live, especially if you travel with a car. There are several shops and supermarkets within walking distante, or an easy car ride. Downtown Boston is within less of half an hour by public transportation.
The host, Lita, received us in person and explained everything we needed.
We were able to do an early check in, which helped a lot as we were travelling by car from NYC.
We enjoyed very much our stay in Boston, in no small part due to living in this property. I would definitely rent the place again in case I come back to Boston with my family or a large group.

Great location, clean home, enjoyed our stay
We stayed 4 nights at this Condo, and enjoyed the location (quick 10 min walk to the subway T station, 2 min walk to Whole Foods, 5-10 min walk to numerous restaurants and bars).
The only thing I would say is that it is not exactly kid friendly for young children because it is above another condo, and we were asked not to let the kids run or be loud after 8pm. With toddlers, that is nearly impossible- so it added a bit of a damper to their fun. However, the owner was very nice about it when the neighbors below us complained.
Rooms are clean, kitchen is well stocked, and our bed was comfortable (although my friend said hers was a little stiff).
All in all, a great rental for the price and location!

Great apt for family or group
We traveled to Boston for a conference and stayed in this apt with other colleagues. The space is great; good size bedrooms, good size kitchen with all needed to prepare meals and plenty of space is sitting rooms. The neighborhood has several good restaurants and good shops within easy walking distance. Would recommend highly.
