A remodel was just completed and will be used only as a vacation home. There are no personal belongings. Everything is new. The entire single family 2200 SF home is yours to use. A short drive to both Torrey Pines and Del Mar Beaches, as well as world famous Torrey Pines Golf Course and Del Mar Race Track. Easy access to freeways. There are many restaurants within 1/2 mile to 2.5 miles from home. The host lives 5 minutes away if you need anything. - No parties or events or more guests allowed than told. -There will be additional charges for anything that requires extra cleaning time. Examples are lots of trash left in or around house, spilled liquids on floor, kitchen left very messy, or towels requiring extra washing because left with large stains such as from make-up, dirt, etc. -Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it the morning you are leaving.
