The living area features a spectacular light & open floor plan and opens through a pocket door to a spacious furnished balcony. The pocket door completely slides into the wall which gives this entire second level an amazing 'beachy' feel. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the Master Suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a bunk bed (with twin over double) and twin bed in the third bedroom. The couch in living room can be converted into a double bed sleeper. There is also a thick and comfortable twin tri-fold sleeping pad, a full size crib and a pack'n'play. Structure of the upper unit: 1st level: 2 car garage 2nd level: Full bathroom with shower/tub Bedroom 1: with twin over full bunk bed and twin bed Bedroom 2: queen bed Both bedrooms share a balcony 3rd level: Open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living area with a pocket door that opens all the way up to spacious furnished balcony (partial ocean views) Master bedroom with walk-in closet, balcony and attached bathroom with 2 sinks and shower. 4th level: Furnished deck with table, chairs, lounge chairs, breathtaking 360 degree views & build-in gas BBQ and fridge Details - Lower unit (sleeps 8) The lower units offers 3BR and 2BA on two levels at 1200 sq ft living area with 2 tandem parking spots, a 1 car garage and 600 sq ft of balcony/patio area with BBQ area. Kids Equipment We provide 2 pack n plays, a crib, 2 high chairs and some step stools. Beach Equipment For beach fun you can find beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and plenty of sand toys. Supplies The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING The max occupancy limit is 18 people, including any day visitors. We can not agree to more than 18 people at any time at the premises. For 'friend/adult only' groups we can agree to 12 people max and ALL must be over 35 years old. We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house. We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy. Please understand that people with allergies (renters as well as people in our team) count on the fact that the place is kept 'pet free' and we wanna stand up to that promise. We would very much appreciate if people that plan to bring a service pet try to find a place that is pet friendly (please!).
