The neighborhood is very safe and very pleasant and boasts numerous beautiful brownstones, churches, parks and restaurants. We have excellent quality linens, complimentary coffee and tea, spa slippers and soaps. There is a piano in the Living room. Renters have access to the entire home (5 floors including exclusive use of elevator, LR, DR, kitchen, billiards, media and laundry rooms, garden, 5 bedrooms, 5 full and 2 half-baths, sleeping up to 12 guests). Rentals are for the entire home and are for a minimum of 3 nights at $1000.00. There is a one time 250$ cleaning fee. 'VERY IMPORTANT NOTE FOR VISITORS: Our property is a single family home. As such it is NOT subject to the new New York law, signed by the Governor this summer, that prohibits the short-term rental of housing units. Our home is not covered by this law because it is a single family unit, and therefore our rentals are completely legal.
