Escape to tranquility while listening to the freshwater streams flowing through the backyard. You can use this prestige natural flowing creek for fishing trout and bathing during summer months. Our home has been remodeled with new furniture throughout the house. We provide bed linens, bath towels, and all the kitchen essentials for cooking and baking. We can accommodate groups of up to 14 guest comfortably. Make this your home away from home and build memories that will last a lifetime.
You will have access to the entire house. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, Keurig, blender, toaster, plates, bowls, wine glasses, and much more. Dream House/Location
First I want to say that Martin (the owner) was amazing. He was there every step of the way and even went out of his way to accommodate us. He responded to my emails within minutes most of the time and this is really appreciated, especially when this was my first time renting a Vacation house.
Regarding the House; What can I say, it is My dream house! No joke, I even asked Martin if he was selling it lol. The location is quiet, safe and super clean. We appreciate everything about the house, from the clean rug, to the clean and modern appliances, to the back yard, and amazing and relaxing river that runs in the back yard. The Master Bedroom is HUGE and the bathroom as well, and has a Huge Jacuzzi which fits 2-4 people. Then there are two additional bathrooms, one in the first floor, which is great.
The community Pool is about 5 minutes away, although it was an unpleasant experience since they only let 25 people at a time (cuz of covid), so If you dont make it when they open, then you dont get it. I Spoke to one of the people in charge and recommended to let groups 1 hour each so everyone can be able to get in, as there were many people being turned away, including us. We were there for 4 days and were only able to get in ONE time because every other time, it was full, so we went 1 hour earlier and waited for the pool to open. I cant blame Martin or the house for this issue as this is out of his control, but I felt I should mention it because the pool was a huge selling point for me.
Overall, I must say I def will be back, I'm even considering looking for a home in that area. We enjoyed our stay there and it was so relaxing for us. I will be back in the summer so we can experience the back yard a bit better since it was cold when we were there and could not fully enjoy it. Thank you Martin for everything, God Bless you. Thank you for being there every step of the way, and for answering my questions so quick, you were amazing and the house was everything we expected and then some. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful Stay
Beautiful home on a gorgeous piece of property! Even though we rented in the winter, the sound of the stream in the backyard was very peaceful. The home had everything that we needed and had plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. We particularly loved the master suite, which was very spacious.
The Saw Creek Estates community is clean, quiet, and very safe. We enjoyed skiing on the neighborhood's private ski hill, which even had a lift! The home's owner, Martin, was extremely responsive to all of my questions, and was also very knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely recommend this rental to others and look forward to coming back in the near future!

Great house for family vacation
Beautiful backyard, nice renovated rooms, area is great for walking and hiking. Martin is great and very available when needed. Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay- will definitely go again!

It's very easy to reach from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Newark airport (1:40 hrs.)
