The Lodges #1119 is a luxury 3 bedroom plus master loft town home in Mammoth Lakes, CA. It is situated just next to the Snowcreek Resort 9 hole golf course. The condo is extremely spacious and has gorgeous views of the Sierra plus a wonderful view of the man made pond that runs throughout the property. Special Features: This unit has 3 master bedrooms, a private master loft, 4 and ½ baths, and sleeps up to ten people comfortably. There are 2 patios that look out over the interior pond. The entire condo is superbly furnished with the most elegant mountain furnishings available and state of the art electronics. Each bedroom has its own LCD flat screen television and large closets with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The town home has a private two car garage with direct access into the unit. The garage/entrance level: This level has a laundry room with a state of the art whirlpool stackable washer and dryer. Also on this level are two master bedrooms. The first master has a queen bed and a full bath with a walk in tile shower. The second master has a king bed, comfy leather chair, full bath with walk in tile shower, a vanity with double sinks, and a large walk in closet. The bedrooms on this level share a private patio with a view of the pond and the Sierras off in the distance. Main Level (Up one floor, 16 stairs): The main level has an open concept and includes a fully equipped, modern kitchen, a dining room, a comfortable living area with vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, leather couch and a large LCD flat screen television. This level also has a half bath next to the kitchen. The stone wood burning fireplace is the heart of the living area. Relax next to the fireplace and enjoy sweeping views of the Sierra. The kitchen is excellent for entertaining guests while in the midst of meal preparations. It is equipped with top of the line appliances, granite counter tops, a dishwasher, and four bar stools. The dining room has a large table that seats eight. Just off of the dining room is the private balcony that has a private barbecue and two rocking chairs to relax and take in the view. Also on the main level is another master bedroom with a king bed and a very large walk in closet. This bedroom is bright and airy, with three windows to let in lots of natural light. The bathroom features a double vanity, spa tub, walk in tile shower, plus a separate commode. Upper level (Up one floor, 14 stairs): The fourth bedroom is a private master loft 1 floor above the living area with a landing in between the two floors. It is furnished with two extra long twin beds and has a full bathroom with a separate commode, shower, tile counter tops, and a large mirror.
