The Main Parkway is intact so there is plenty of entertainment for the whole family. Pigeon Forge is also open for visitors. In a press conference, the mayor pointed out that the best way to help out after the fire is to come visit our stores, visit our attractions, eat at our restaurants, etc.
So please come and make Gatlinburg your travel destination for the whole family!

Awesome gatlinburg experience
Amazing location close to downtown Gatlinburg. Within 5 minute walk. Well worth the month getting to overlook everything. Would recommend to anyone that wanted to stay close but not exactly directly down town. Would love to get to stay here again soon.

Nice Place
The condo was awesome, everything you need for your stayed. Just 4 blocks from the Parkway. Clean smoke-free and pet-free. There is a little construction going on in front but it's nothing..... I would go back and stay.

Recommend for younger people...my mother in law was with us and was a long walk for her other than that everything was great

It was a pleasure having you as our guest. I am sorry to hear the 4 block walk was long for your mother in law. There is a Trolly stop just by the building entrance, perhaps next time a ride on that might be more enjoyable. Thank you for staying with us.

Don't stay here.
We booked this condo thinking it would be nice. Well we were wrong. Its dirty, very small, no windows, no view and VERY MOLDY. We unpacked and had to leave as soon as we were done. It was hard to breath with all the mold. We ended up staying at a hotel that night so we went back to repack and left. We were only in the a total of 45 minutes. The owner was not very helpful at all. I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO STAY THERE.

Our condo looks exactly like the picture on our website. Each and every room has windows. The second bedroom has two windows. The view from the private balcony is exactly the same. Every review supports my statement. Maybe her expectation was a 5 star resort and ours is not.This guest has harassed me incessantly citing mold and dirt. When we asked for pictures, she never did send any. Then she resorted to plain threats and bulling to get refund. I have offered many times to send my maintenance and cleaning crew which she refused. I had to bring a professional company to inspect for mold and mildew due to this false allegation. And as expected the results were negative. It is so unfortunate that a small business owner like me have to face people like these and they can just get away with tarnishing my reputation.

Excellent location and very pleased
Our stay at the condo was 4 nights....very convenient location. The condo was clean, kitchen well equipped and very comfortable mattresses.
I was very happy there was a washer and dryer in this unit. Cable TV was good.

Perfect
We enjoyed the stay, within walking distance of downtown. Liked the fact that everyone had there own bathroom. Nice place to enjoy coffee on the balcony .

Great condo
When we first arrived there were a few small issues, Zeenia immediately fixed all of the problems. Everything was updated and it was extremely nice to have 3 bathrooms. Would stay there again, can not beat the price and location.

Great
Great rooms very clean and nice just wish we had cable. My husband differed from TV withdrawl. I loved that it was easy access to town and eating places. Everyone loved the scenic views.

We are very happy to hear you liked our condo and the location. Yes, it is unfortunate that the cable service has not yet been restored to our area after the Chimney Tops fire damaged some equipment along the route. We are eagerly awaiting the resumption of the cable, internet and phone service, and are very thankful that our condo was spared from the fire!

Wish we could have visited in December !
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip to this Condo right at the last minute due to the Gatlinburg Fires the same time as our booking. This Condo did not suffer any damage at all, but the Town was not allowing anybody in, so there was no way we could have checked in.
The reason I am doing a review is that I wanted everyone to know how pleasant it was dealing with the Owner (Zeenia). I had several questions for her in the booking process, and she was always very quick to respond, and just a really nice person. She kept us up to date on the Gatlinburg fires and what all was going on in the Community.
I really hated to cancel, but we literally had no choice. She had me our refund in 2 days, which I really appreciate !
We probably searched over 200 condos, cabins, and Hotels before choosing this Condo. We couldn't wait to see it, because the photos show a beautifully decorated place and wonderful reviews.
We are definitely going to book here again, just sad that it couldn't have been this time.

Convenient location, spacious condo, all the comforts of home!
We stayed for 8 days in late August and early September. This condo is a short walk to all the action but is very quiet for when it's time to relax. There were ample towels, pillows and blankets and the furnishings were all in great condition. Even with 5 adults, there was plenty of space to spread out and no be in each other's way. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom. It was a pleasure to stay here!
