Please contact the resort in advance for special requests. - Enforced maximum occupancy limit (1 bedroom sleep 4, 2 bedroom lockoff sleep 8 and 2 bedroom cabin sleep 6 max including children). - Front desk reception hours 7:30 am - 11:00 pm. Please contact the resort prior to arrival for late arrival instructions. - Upon arrival each accommodation is stocked with a first-day starter pack of coffee, creamer, laundry detergent, etc. Additional items may be purchased at the front desk. - All suites and cabins are self-service to include a fully-equipped kitchen and an in-room washer/dryer. Daily housekeeping service is NOT included. Should you desire housekeeping services, they are available for a nominal fee and may be arranged with front desk upon your arrival. - Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals. Certified Emotional Support and Therapy animals are not permitted. - Owner of reservations must make arrangements for additional or alternative guest with resort prior to arrival. - Please be aware you will be staying on a golf course. - All Guest Suites are non-smoking. - Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location. - Minimum age requirement for check-in is 18 years of age. - Pets are not permitted in suites/cabins or on property at any time. - Hotel Guests: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $200 USD security deposit and a daily $7.95 plus tax resort fee will be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes local and toll free phone calls, recreational facilities (indoor/outdoor pools and fitness room), Business Center computer/Internet usage and Boarding Pass printing. Wifi is an additonal $7.95 per night plus tax - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented enhanced cleaning and safety measures. We clean our properties thoroughly with disinfectant while also practicing low-contact protocols. NOTE: Minimum age required to check in is 25 years old.

Great Room But Hardcore Sales Pitch Was Out Of Line

Got room then got information of area, and then the bad things just start to happen, the info people pressure you into going to sales pitch for Diamond saying up front that it is not a sales pitch at all, just a presentation to show you around resort so you will recommend friends. Well that was were the lies started and they never stopped. Pressure tactics to try and get you to sign and when you say let me research it, they try to pressure you even more. Lies about points needed per stay, lie about when you can use, lie about being able to use at same resort for same week a year later. If you dont sign up now, this price will not be good 3 days from now. Weill when that is the pitch, RUN, they dont want you to find out the terrible reviews. Got a one week vacation to use but find out the reps up front out and out lied to get you to the sales presentation. Another thing is it is about 25 mins out of town so its a drive back and forth, not conveniently located. If taking a golf vacation, this would be for you. To use to do things around town, not so much. So stay at resort, expect it to take you a while to get to downtown and back and AVOID AT ALL COST any "non" sales presentations they have.

Perfection

Mt family and I had the most anazing atay at Bent Creek's Dianond Resort. Whenever we needed anything we could just call down to the front desk and they would send everything up to our room in less than 5min. The amenities are great. You are guaranteed to have a wonderful experience.
