Each unit is a two story condo which each have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One unit has a game room with a foosball table and a dart board, and the other unit has additional sleeping arrangements in the common area (with a full sleeper sofa and another twin sleeper sofa). So - the 2 units together can sleep a total of 22 people in beds! There are 3 large decks on each unit that look over the Great Smoky Mountains. The master bedroom has its own deck and has a magnificent marble and solid wood bedroom set, the living room has a deck, and the two bedrooms and the game room downstairs are all attached to a large deck. There are two off street parking spaces per unit (4 total), and a third space per unit can be requested and approved by the Property Manager. This property has a steep driveway, so please be careful backing up or pulling in. Large vehicles will work better. There is additional parking on the gravel lot to the west.
