About the neighbourhood
There is plenty of space with private, beautiful and romantic views throughout the property. The “Apple Oasis” as I like to call it, just had a face-lift including the addition of a secluded lawn with two hammocks, and a fire-pit, just feet away from the beautiful shoreline. You will also have a pool table/ping pong table on your lanai overlooking the Ocean.

You will dream of the heavenly views after you return home. It is a wonderful property without the noisy neighbors and maids or the rules that come with many rentals.

My wife and I live in the home when it is not rented, so you can be sure it will be clean, well maintained and stocked with every thing you could need.

The house location on the island is a perfect starting point for nearby activities and day trips. The house...

How to get there
Airport: KOA: 24.0 km
DRIVING DIRECTIONS from the Kona Airport to the Apple Oasis – 78-6634 Alii Drive, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii 96740, It is very easy and will only take you about 25 minutes depending on lunch-hour/rush hour traffic lights . The distance is about 20 miles.
Leaving the rental car area, make a left turn, away from the airport toward the main highway. At the traffic light, turn right, south, toward Kona. Stay on this road approximately 15 miles.(You will cross Palani Rd.,Henry St.,Nani Kailua Rd., Lako St., Sunset, La Aloa) Then at King Kamehameha III turn right down a steep hill about 1 mile until it ends. At the traffic light turn right on Alii hwy (1/4 mile). At the next traffic light, turn left down the hill about one mile on the ocean side.
