This quiet townhouse is located minutes away from Ted Steven International Airport, Kincaid park and trails, shopping and more. This is a great base location for your adventures in the last great frontier. We offer 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The Master bedroom has a queen sleep by number adjustable comfort bed as well as a comfortable futon. There is also a 42" TV. The second bedroom offers a super comfortable queen size bed. All of our bedding and linens are fresh and new. There is a small backyard with patio and BBQ grill for you to enjoy the long hours of Alaska daylight. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience as well as a dishwasher in the fully stocked (pots pans utensils etc. ) kitchen.

Driving directions 7821 Mayfair Dr. #3 from Airport - Be aware that some GPS and Uber will try to take you to country woods drive. There is a fence there and cannot get to our property from Country woods drive .
From Airport South Terminal:
1)Head east on W International Airport Rd 0.3 mi
2)Keep right to stay on W International Airport Rd 1.8 mi
3)Turn right onto the Minnesota Dr S ramp to Seward Hwy 0.3 mi
4)Merge onto Minnesota Dr/Walter J. Hickel Pkwy 1.3 mi
5) Take the Strawberry Rd exit 0.2 mi
6) Continue onto Strawberry Rd 0.3 mi
7) Turn left onto Mayfair Dr when you get to Mayfair drive you can park on street or preferably park near entrance. The unit is in the alley so please follow these instructions to get there easily.
... When you get to Mayfair dr there is a small access road between 7831 and 7841 take that into the alley turn left and we are #3 on left brown building with darker brown garage doors. There is usually a white motorhome parked at this alley entrance to make it easy to find
