The San Vivaldo houses are dwellings made of antique tenements in the heart of Tuscany, in a small village inhabited by about twenty people. The village is a quiet slice of everyday life: a row of houses, a traditional and popular bar and a Franciscan monastery with chapels of the sixteenth century, all framed by the ancient Camporena of forest, olive groves and landscapes forged by centuries of rural tradition. The houses have a place on the side of the main street of the village and the other on the panoramic terraces overlooking our property. The houses for rent are furnished with wooden furniture and equipped with all amenities (kitchen with dishwasher, private bathroom with tub or shower, satellite TV). About the neighbourhood
The village of San Vivaldo is a small town inhabited by about twenty people. The apartment is part of the town and is surrounded by fields, hills and woods where you can walk or follow bike or mountain bike trails (which can be hired on the spot). In our property there are swimming pool, tennis court and ping pong table. Just in front of the house there is a typical Tuscan tavern that also serves as a mini market, a hundred meters there is another restaurant (which also has a large vegan menu) and a religious complex with a church.
Getting around
To immerse yourself in Tuscan nature you can follow walking routes (on our farm, in the Benestare park, in the protected natural area of the Alta Valle del Torrente Carfalo), by bike or mountain bike (I bike Montaione), on horseback. If you want to visit famous cities such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo Alto, etc. a means must be available. You can request a rental car with delivery on the spot.
