This lovely 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for families, friends or couples looking for a tranquil getaway. It is located on the quiet seafront of St. Paul’s Bay. The view from the terrace is enchanting! Apartment is also fully air-conditioned. This brand new, modern, 3rd floor apartment is fully equipped and furnished. Cots and highchairs are available on request. Apartment is also fully air-conditioned. Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in winter. Towels and bed sheets are provided. _______________________________________________ Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week 150 KWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions: €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity. IMPORTANT: This property will not accommodate 'Lost & Found' Party goers, hen, stag or similar parties. Quiet time between 10pm and 8am. On arrival, it is payable the Environmental TAX of €0,50 per person per day (up to a maximum of €5,00 per person per stay). In the weekly price, utilities are included with a sufficient limit as detailed in the Apartment Overview. On arrival, we require a damage deposit of €150. For big young groups, the refundable deposit is of €50 per person.

Spacious and clean. Away from main tourist centres. Good communication if you use the bus. A car is not necessary

About the neighbourhood
Step a few meters outside the apartment and you will come across the beautiful countryside – great for walks and picnics! Additionally, the peaceful promenade of St Paul’s Bay runs right outside the apartment so you can take a nice relaxing walk and perhaps stop for a tasty ice-cream on the waterfront. The nearby jetty allows you to take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago. The main ferry which carries you across to the sister islands of Comino and Gozo is located in ‘Cirkewwa’ not far from the apartment. Close by there are two reserved swimming zones, plus bus access to all the major sandy beaches in Malta, such as Mellieha Bay, Armier Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha.
Getting around
If you like to take the cheap bus as a way of travelling around the island then there is a bus stop less than a minute away from your front door. However, if you would prefer hiring a car then free-on-street parking is available. In the area: - 2 Small swimming zones at 200m/800m (pebbly/rocky/concrete/sandy seabed) - Major Sandy beaches - 3km to 7km (5min to 25 min by bus) - Bus stops for main bus routes – 50m - Minimarket at 900m - Vegetable and fruit seller at 550m - Bank at 1.2km (20 min) - Pharmacy at 1.2km (20 min) - Butcher (800m) - Swimming pool (800m) available at a fee in hotels nearby - Restaurants/Bars/Pizzerias/Trattorias/ice-cream shops/take away (as close as 400m- as far as 2km) - Paceville (disco area - 9km (20 min by bus)
