The accommodation has been recently refurbished and upgraded and fully licenses with MTA permits .Situated on the second floor of a smart and highly finished block served with lift. This apartment consists of a 75 square meter layout enjoying lots of natural light, an entrance to a living area equipped with LCD TV, sofa, landline and 24/7 wifi internet, a front balcony with two chairs, dining area with table and 6 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hood, electric hob and fridge freezer, microwave oven and all essential kitchen utensils. At the back side of the apartment is a box/ laundry room with an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board. The sleeping quarters consist of a spare bedroom (with two single beds), and a large master bedroom with a double bedroom plenty of wardrobe space and a back balcony with hanging lines, both bedrooms come equipped with air-conditioning ( hot / cold ). There is also a good size shower room with 80 liters water heater and a 500ltrs water supply tank. This apartment is equipped for both winter and summer holidays and includes the supply of fresh linen, towels, carpets. Quilts are available for the winter period. Also on request we can provide for free a cot and highchair. Other equipment worth mentioning and available all year round are a hairdryer, adapters, iron and brochure with maps and details, fire extinguisher and fire blanket. Either me personally or one of my assistants will be present for an informative guest check-in, in which we will explain all the necessary details on how to use the house in it's full potential so you can have a comfortable stay. We will take the utility readings and a copy of the ID's or Passports and collect any outstanding fees (such as Eco Tax). Also we will give you some tips on how to go about and around. Apart from this we are reachable by email, Whats app, Viber and mobile phones just in case a need arises, which we try to answer in a timely manner. About the neighbourhood
This is a typical seaside town, sleepy in winter and lively in summer, the street itself is a residential road so not much traffic passes. St Paul's bay is very multi cultural and very much alive, shops, pubs and restaurants and are all over the town and offer a vast variety of different products and cuisines for everyone's taste.
