The apartments are brand new and are served with lift. All the apartments in this block are rental properties and are fully managed by a professional team who service the apartments to ensure everything is up to specs.
This 2-bedroom apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/living /dining leading to a front balcony with street views measuring approximately 2.5m by 1m. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy cooking meals. It has a gas hob with electric oven and microwave making it ideal for sophisticated cooking or just a quick meal. It has a dining table setting for 4 people and a comfortable couch area and an LED TV with full cable programs.
The apartment further consists of a master bedroom with a double bed with en-suite and a twin bedroom. The Ensuite comes fully equipped with shower cubicle. Furthermore, the apartment has a full family bathroom with a bath tub and shower in it. Also it has a box room where the washing machine is placed. Moreover, the apartment has a back balcony that overlooks the private gardens of the neighbours making it quite airy and sunny also with seaviews of St Paul's Bay and the small Island.
The apartment comes complete with linen and towels. It has also complementary Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment. This makes it ideal for those who are after a car free holiday as it is walking distance to any amenity. Both bedrooms and living room are fully air-conditioned.
Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website.
Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:
- 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.
Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.
Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Access to all the area of the apartment. The whole apartment will be rented and the property is private and not shared with any other tenants.
A Bus Stop is close by, only a few meters away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity.
For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.

Minimum booking is five nights, prices will be quoted prorated according to the season.
Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation, while the balance is to be paid in cash on arrival.
A refundable deposit of 200euro is payable on arrival against damages and it will be refunded on the last day of the holiday. Preferred deposit payment methods are by a direct bank transfer or by Pay-Pal.
The apartment includes basic water and electricity (150kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 Euros per unit (1kwh).
