This lovely two bedroom apartment is located on the seafront in St Paul's Bay. The view from the balcony is enchanting! Apartment is also fully air-conditioned. The apartment is brand new, served by lift and located directly on the seafront. The apartment has a large balcony overlooking the spectacular bay of St Paul's, which is characterized by the traditional colourful Maltese fishing boats called the 'luzzu'. Apartment specifications: 70sqm, seafront balcony 1.0m x 3.3m, 1st floor with lift, 5 low steps at the building entrance, 2 bedrooms (with twin beds), shower room, extra bed present in the living room, and sofa beds. Facilities: Fast and unlimited WiFi internet and digital TV - IPTV (with several different international channels) are provided, free of charge. Well equipped kitchen including Electric oven, microwave, toaster, Percolator, 4 gas hobs, fridge freezer, etc. Hair Dryer, iron and ironing board and Washing machine. Cots and highchairs are available on request. Apartment is also fully air-conditioned. Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in Winter. Towels and bed sheets are provided. _______________________________________________ Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week 150 KWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumptions: €8.60 per cubic meter for Water and €0.42 per kWh of Electricity. The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The apartment is very well located in a residential area, but close to the touristic town of Bugibba. Shopping amenities like pharmacies, banks, food stores, good restaurants, wine bars are all within walking distance from the apartment Just across the road there is a reserved swimming zone and the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay, Armier Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha etc are close by too. A beautiful countryside is within minutes from the apartment and one can make long walks or picnics. One can also enjoy a nice relaxing walk on the promenade by the sea and maybe stop and have an ice cream on the waterfront. The bus stop is also on the same street as the apartment.
