There are two bathrooms, one being en suite in the main bedroom. There is a large fitted kitchen with the comfortable lounge and indoor dining area leading from this. There is a large flat screen TV and fireplace in the lounge. There is a perfect outside dining area which is shaded from the hot summer sun although also perfect for chilling out in the evenings. The villa also has WIFI for your convenience during your stay and there is partial air conditioning. Its lovely gardens, chill out terraces and pool look out over glorious nature with nothing - and nobody - to spoil the view. You won't find a better - or more idylic - setting than this, rolling hills of olive groves and pine trees, views in every direction, just birdsong and wild flowers, blue skies and sunshine to keep you company. About the neighbourhood
San Pedro: This lovely town sits between Puerto Banus and Estepona. It is an Andalucian style town with an abundance of shops, tapas bars and restaurants. It is only a short stroll from the bustling town centre to the beach, where you will find ample space to soak up the sun and enjoy one of the beach bars which offer a wide range of fish dishes as well as other local delights. Also enjoy the San Pedro Boulevard with cafe bars, restaurants, children's play areas, cycle lane, Segway, the list goes on!! San Pedro retains its Spanish atmosphere and is a great contrast to the neighbouring trendy Puerto Banus.
Getting around
Puerto Banus: This is located just 10 minutes from the centre of Marbella, 5 minutes from the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, and 15 minutes from Estepona. Its famous port with luxury yachts, open air bars and restaurants attracts visitors from all over the world. During the day, it is a shopper’s paradise with many designer shops, boutiques and El Corte Ingles department store. In the evening, the bars, clubs and restaurants can entertain you throughout the night. There is a multi screen cinema, with at least one film a week in English, regular local boat trips and the popular Saturday market held near the bullring.
