Direct access to the terrace. Kitchen : new open design kitchen april 2018, fully equipped with Bosch appliances (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Coffee machine, nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, iron and ironing board. Master bedroom : double bed, fitted wardrobes with safe, TV, en suite bathroom with massage-spa bath / shower, hairdryer, toilet. Direct access to the terrace. Second bedroom : 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet. Cod on request (5€/night) (Refundable) damage deposit 300 € Final cleaning, washing and ironing linen 140 €. To be paid directly to the owner. Electricity : 100 kWh /week is included in the rental price. Fantastic family stay
Gorgeous, well equipped modern apartment. The photos you see on the website are exactly what you get. The bedrooms are a good size with super comfy beds and plenty of wardrobe storage space. The bathrooms are also very spacious. The kitchen is very well resourced and we did eat in a couple of nights. The living space is excellent, the white leather sofa is very comfortable. One of the best bits is the balcony. It was our favourite place to sit and relax. We eat all our lunches on the balcony and looked out at the amazing view. The two pools within the complex are amazing. My son used the gym and said it was also well equipped and it was never busy when he was using it. It is a very secure complex with the access fob required to gain entry. We loved the location and would highly recommend other tenants to take the five minute drive up into the mountain village of Benahavis. Frank was an excellent host. He was very attentive and answered all our queries quickly. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect stay at great location
Frank's apartment is a great place to stay. The apartment itselve is very clean, well equiped and has nice modern furniture. It has a new open plan kitchen which is very nice. The complex Lomas del Marques is beautfull. It has very well maintained gardens and 2 large swimmingpools. I would definitely reccomend this place.

Pre Wedding Vacation
Lovely peaceful apartment, well furnished and equipped with everything you will need. Fantastic terrace with sea view and huge corner sofa and sun loungers. Pools are so nice and tranquil. Secure underground parking with lift access up to apartment. Would not hesitate to visit again.

Amazing place to stay!
Modern, fully equipped and very clean apartment. We enjoyed the swimming pools, the garden and even the gym! Great location as well, the beaches and Puerto Banus, with its vibrant port, are within a 10 minutes drive. It was truly the perfect place to spend our vacation! Very friendly owner, communication went very smooth. I would definitely recommend this place and we will come back.

A very nice apartment
Lomas del Marques is an attractive development of white-painted three-storey blocks enjoying an elevated position 4kms south of Benahavis. This south-facing first floor apartment is clean and well-designed, with a modern kitchen with every appliance and utensil imaginable. The covered terrace is comfortable and cool as it is mostly in the shade in June. The sea can be seen in the distance over the blocks opposite. The communal gardens are a delight. Carefully planted and maintained and full of mature palm trees and other semi-tropical plants. A haven for birds - two eagles were spotted from one of the pools - and two monarch butterflies seen. The reason for not awarding 5-stars is the booking process. The quoted cost was approx £100 more than expected. I assumed that was because the 105euro cleaning fee was included, but it was in fact a non-refundable booking fee. The 105euro (+ transfer charge) cleaning fee was extra and had to be paid directly into the Landlord's bank account. I notice the website has been updated. Hopefully clarity has been improved.

Hi Peter, Thank you for your nice review. The misunderstanding about the final cleaning fee: it is a pity that you did not read the whole text of the webpage when you booked. Is was written( and is still written) under the item : about the owner/interaction with guests : “105 euro final cleaning to be paid directly to the owner”

de hemel op aarde
Prachtig appartement met alles er op en er aan. Voor mensen die van een rustige vakantie willen genieten of die graag een stap in de wereld willen zetten. Mooie verzorgde zwembaden die nooit overbevolkt zijn, in tegendeel het is best mogelijk dat alles alleen voor jezelf is. Misschien is er één minpuntje en dat is dat je een auto moet huren. Maar als je dat doet, dan is het werkelijk een feest. Buiten de drukte van Marbella, maar alles op korte afstand. Vergeet ook Benahavis niet (lekker eten en aangename sfeer). Wie dit niet leuk vind vind niets leuk !!!!!!!

Good location and spotlessly clean!
This apartment is within an easy drive of Benahavis, San Pedro, Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella but you are away from all the busy summer traffic of these towns which is great! You will need a car but the apartment has a secure underground car park. Spotlessly clean with lovely new modern kitchen with all the gadgets and utensils. Nearly opposite the best Mercadona supermarket in the area. Peaceful and quiet development. Owner is easy to contact for any information or help.

Fabulous holiday!
We stayed in this lovely apartment for 10 nights in August 2017. The apartment was clean, bright and very nicely decorated and furnished. It is situated on a beautiful complex that seems to be very well looked after. The apartment is in a great location, your are not far from anything. Benahavis which has some lovely restaurants is a short drive away, we also enjoyed a day trip to Ronda which is well worth a visit. If you just want to relax there are two swimming pools both with plenty of sun loungers. We would highly recommend it!

Fantastic apartment
The apartment is located in a very nice area , with a nice view over the mountains and the sea, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Also the livingroom , the terrace and the kitchen have a nice view over the sea. We enjoyed the seaview very much! The interior is very light and nice .The furnishing is modern and well designed. The pool area have 2 nice swimmingpools ,very relaxing. The kitchen is very practical . Support and service is excellent if you need something or have questions. We enjoyed it ! Can highly recommend it and we certainly come back.!

Very nice, luxurious appartment
Beatiful location, 50 minute drive from the airport. Close to nice beaches, shopping or cultural activities. Nice, clean appartment, 2 nice swimmingpools and the park where the appartement is located is kept fresh & clean daily. Very peaceful please where you can rest and if you are looking for the crowd, its only a 10 minute drive to near beaches and bars, shopping etc.

Benahavis is a Spanish mountain village situated between Marbella, Estepona, and Ronda, seven kilometers from the coast. Renowned for its restaurants, it is often called the dining room of the Costa del Sol. Benahavis holds nine of the 60 golf courses in the Costa del Sol; this number is expected to increase to fifteen in the next decade.<BR>Marbella is a city and municipality in southern Spain, belonging to the province of Málaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia. It is also scene to many exotic cars that are owned by international celebrities and wealthy owners that also own large yachts. Cars like Ferrari's, Lamborghinis and Mercedes are a common sight in the summer months around Marbella.Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others. One stretch is known as "The Golden Mile". Apart from the chain of restaurants, boutiques, in the heart of the Antonio Banderas Square is one of the largest El Corte Ingles department stores in Spain, including the up-scale hypermarket, Hipercor.
