The villa, garden and pool is on one level and south facing. There is a spacious lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom, and an internal hall leads to two further double bedrooms, and adjacent family bathroom. Laundry facilities with washing machine, tumble drier and butler sink are located in the garage. There is air conditioning in the living areas and bedrooms. Secure WIFI for internet connection is available and there is Sky TV. Patio doors lead out from the living areas to a large covered patio with full patio suite, table & chairs for outside dining, and a gas BBQ. The garden and pool are not overlooked, with sun loungers and patio blinds for extra comfort. The local supermarket is an easy walk under 15 minutes, with newspapers, charcuterie, meat, fish, fresh bread every day, and an excellent wine selection. There are no high rise hotels on this part of the coast and thus no package tours here, and the area is not subject to the kind of youthful excess which can occur in other parts of Spain. POOL - The pool is one quarter circle with two straight sides of 6m and one outer curved side, maximum depth of 1.8m. Ideal for a cooling dip and young children with parents. Inflatables provided. All linen and towels, including beach towels, travel cot and high chair (if needed) are included in the price. As is the local Tourist Tax. We make no charge for breakages but reserve the right to ask for a contribution for breakages where the replacement cost is over €100. We include a welcome pack and information pack about the house and local area. There is a kitchen filter tap for drinking and cooking water which saves carrying heavy bottles of water from supermarkets unless you wish to.
