Situated just 300m from the beautiful, sandy 'Las Marinas' beach, with the picturesque, bustling cosmopolitan centre of Denia, with its shops, sights, marina and multitude of bars and restaurants just 10 minutes walk away. There are also a few bars and restaurants close to the apartment complex. The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave as well as all the usual items expected in a kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Sliding patio doors lead out to the terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. It also has its own shower room / toilet. The sofa bed can accommodate an extra person, but please note that the space in the living area is limited when the bed is extended. All windows have external shutters. These are electrically controlled on the patio doors. The property includes an allocated underground secure parking space which is accessed from either stairs or a lift located just outside the apartment. Communal WiFi is available within the apartment at no charge. The complex also has a 50m dolphin-shaped pool and a separate children's pool set within landscaped gardens. The apartment was excellent and as described on the web site. Two good size bedrooms, lovely balcony and garden area. Stephen the owner and the letting agency were very helpful. We didn't hire a car but the seafront and marina were within 20 mins walk....More

The Denia / Las Marinas area The castle or la castillo over looks the town and offers superb views of the region as well as an insight to the turbulent history of Denia and the surrounding area. The ferry port offers high speed access to the balearic islands of Ibiza and Mallorca. The local train that runs along the coast to Alicante is locally known as the orange train, the journey meanders along the coast through the orange groves which dominate the rural areas. Smaller ferries will take you around the coast to other towns such as javea/xabia and calpe where you can enjoy views of the stunning coastline as well as the marine life as many of the ferries have glass viewing areas beneath the water line. How to get there
Journey from Alicante airport takes just over one hour using the AP-7 toll motorway. The apartment has an allocated parking space in the underground car park. Parking is also possible in parking bays on Cami del Llavador. It is sometimes difficult parking on the street during the Spanish holidays in August. Once at the apartment a car is not really necessary as the beach, supermarkets and the bars, restaurants and shops in the centre of Denia are within walking distance. Parking in town is not easy during the peak holiday period in August.
