The fully air conditioned villa and the lovely 8m x 4m pool have amazing views towards the sea and the Montgo National Park. The villa is in a peaceful location and is the perfect place to unwind and relax on holiday. The two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are perfect for a couple or a small family. We are a small business with our emphasis on personal service. We have many repeat clients every year, some have stayed with us for the past 14 years, which is a great recommendation. We are very hands on so any issues you just contact us and telephone numbers and emails are given before arrival. All directions are tried and tests to ensure as little stress as possible on arrival. The villas are cleaned to a high standard so you can unpack and start your holiday as soon as you arrive, as it should be. We call at the villa a few days after arrival to ensure you are happy, answer any questions or simply recommend where to go and what to see. There is always a book in the villa with details on the villa, restaurants, where to visit.

This is such a lovely villa on a quiet street with stunning views to the hills and the sea from the terrace , pool and bedrooms !! Comfortable,well equipped inside and out ...and spotlessly clean . Had a great holiday .

Lovely panoramic views from lounge, 2 bedrooms and swimming pool. Extremely comfortable, clean, with the added bonus of all bed linen/towels professionally cleaned. Nice to have pool towels included, leaves more room in suitcases.Steve and Michelle (property managers) were friendly and helpful.

Denia and Javea are located on the northern Costa Blanca, this is a truly beautiful part of Spain with its rugged coast line and wonderful mountains and lush landscape. The beautiful cosmopolitan resort of Denia (10 to 15 mins away) has long sandy beaches which do not get crowed even in the height of the summer. The newly built marina is a great place to dine during the day or night. Its a great places to just sit and have a drink or a great meal in the sunshine while admiring the beautiful yachts bobbing around on the Med. The restaurants are all very well priced. Denia itself has many restaurants in which to enjoy all types of cuisine to suite all pallets and pockets. * We give detailed directions from the airport to the villa. It could not be simpler taking the AP7 (auto piste) from either airport and straight to the door.
* We use a key safe system, you are given the location and the code before you depart. This means if you are delayed there is no stress to get to an office before closing, you simply drive to the villa and let yourself in.
* If you have late flight please let us know and we will ensure outside lights are left on so it makes it easier when arriving to an unfamiliar villa.
