A modern, bright villa offering every facility for guests to enjoy the perfect villa holiday. Casa Olivera is an attractive, single storey, detached villa situated in Balcón al Mar, an affluent development of privately owned villas, some 2km from the Cabo de la Nao lighthouse and 5 km from the Arenal area of Javea. The house offers couples and families superior accommodation in an ideal location and within an easy walk (200 mts) of the nearest restaurant and small supermarket. The, south-facing, villa has been constructed on an inclined plot of approximately 850 mts2 (slightly less than quarter of an acre) that is both fenced and gated. The property is set within an established and well-maintained garden planted with a wide variety of mature Mediterranean shrubs, bushes, plants and tree...A modern, bright villa offering every facility for guests to enjoy the perfect villa holiday. The house offers couples and families superior accommodation in an ideal location and within an easy walk (200 mts) of the nearest restaurant and small supermarket. The, south-facing, villa has been constructed on an inclined plot of approximately 850 mts2 (slightly less than quarter of an acre) that is both fenced and gated. The property is set within an established and well-maintained garden planted with a wide variety of mature Mediterranean shrubs, bushes, plants and trees – including olive trees, lemon and fig. The villa offers an off-road parking area, large enough to take two cars and secured by a sliding, wrought-iron gate. Entrance to the garden and villa is via a smaller gate from which a short path leads to the main entrance at the rear of the house. The accommodation is set on one level and the living area is, basically, open plan. The entrance hall links with the living room via a wide arch: the dining room and kitchen are similarly connected. The villa is fitted with an alarm system and the gate and house are connected via intercom. The light and airy living room is stylishly decorated and has many nice features – beamed ceiling, picture window, double doors that lead out to the covered terrace and air-conditioning. It is comfortably furnished with two settees and several occasional tables. Entertainment is provided via a TV-DVD Combi, connecting, via cable, to the main satellite news, general entertainment and sports channels. DVD’s are not supplied. A music centre provides radio, CD and cassette player. Secure. An unlimited Wi-Fi connection enables guests to easily keep in touch with friends and contacts back home. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glassware and utensils to easily cater for six guests. It is accessed from the living room and linked to the dining room via an open arch. Granite work surfaces sit above and below plenty of cupboards that provide ample storage. Appliances include a vitro-ceramic hob and electric oven, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. The dining room, furnished with a circular, glass-topped table and matching cane dining chairs. Double doors lead out to a Juliet balcony that overlooks the lower, front garden. Arches link the room to the kitchen and living room. The villa has three bedrooms, all with double, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and windows fitted with blinds and mosquito screens. The spacious principal bedroom is air-conditioned, tastefully decorated and furnished with a king-size (150 cm) double bed. Double doors lead out to the covered terrace and down to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom, is fitted with bath with shower attachment, a separate shower cubicle, WC and washbasin in a small vanity unit. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with twin, single beds and share a separate shower-room. The covered and arched sun terrace is furnished with table and chairs and, either looking sideways over the pool or ahead at the open views towards the Cumbre del Sol, provides the perfect location for relaxing and ‘al fresco’ dining. A sunny, tiled terrace and 8 x 4 mts swimming pool are situated at the side of the villa. Integral, tiled steps provide easy access to and from the water, with depth varying between 1 and 2 mts. Comfortable sun loungers, terrace furniture, large sun umbrella and portable barbecue provide comfortable outside facilities that guests can enjoy during their stay. The garden and pool are maintained throughout the year. The villa is professionally cared for by a local, British owned and run villa management company. They will be on hand at all times during your stay to assist guests with any query or problem that might arise. Arrival food packs, cots and high chairs, can be supplied upon request and charged locally.
