A delightful and very spacious six bedroom villa situated in extensive mature gardens, ideally configured as three units which can accommodate an extended family, a group of friends or a number of families, sleeping up to 12 people.

The main house sleeps five in three bedrooms, with the Casita offering accommodation for four whilst the Studio sleeps two to three.

The charming main house (which is formed from the original finca) is approached through a porch which leads to a large reception room with a comfortable sitting area around the television and a dining area. Two sets of patio doors lead out on to the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.

Glass doors from the sitting room open into a study area with stairs leading to the first floor and beyond into an additional sitting area with double doors to the secluded internal court...

This is a fabulous place to stay set in a beautiful location just 5 minutes drive from shops and 10 minutes from a lovely beach with bars and restaurants. There's also a Michelin starred place less than 5 minutes walk. We had very young children...More

About the neighbourhood
Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.

Old Town:
This is the ancient town centre steeped in medieval history which has largely been preserved throughout the centuries. You can wander through the maze of narrow streets and small plazas. The Gothic fortified church of San Bartolome dominates the centre of the town. This building dates back to the 15th century, half religious half military. At the side of the church is a beautiful Neo Gothic building which houses the indoor market where you can buy local fresh produce daily. The colourful outdoor market takes place every Thursday in the market place.

The Port:
This was originally a fishing community but has now become one of the main tourist centres of the town. Here amongst the modern buildings...
