The apartment is well equipped and located on 1st floor with lift access. The living room has air condition. All rooms can be heated. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the sleeping room.There are only twelve apartments in the building giving a friendly feel to the location and garden. The use of 2 sunloungers for the pool & garden is included. The glorious sandy Arenal Beach is only 5 minutes walk away.<BR><BR>There is a bus stop very near so it is not necessary to use a car. We can also arrange for collection from either Alicante or Valencia airports (at extra cost) or give advice on car hire companies in the area. Just ask!<BR>

This was one of the nicest apartments we ever stayed in as it was perfectly located to enjoy Javea and at only 100 metres from the sea it was still lovely and quiet both during the day and at night. It was very well equipped and even had sun loungers to bring down to the lovely pool and garden area....

This apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy everything that Javea has to offer. It is only 100 metres to the beach and turn left for the port and the old town or turn right to head to all the bars and restaurants at the Arenal. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple with one good double bedroom...

Payment to be made either by Pay Pal, cheque, cash or electronic bank transfer. Sorry we do not take credit cards. The rates include the provision of sun loungers, linen and towels. 30% of rental is required to secure booking (non-refundable). Balance of rental is due 4 weeks prior to rental. We offer a reduction of 5% for bookings of two weeks and a reduction of 10% for three weeks or more. There is no charge for infants. The apartment is fully cleaned between lets. We reserve the right to ask for a deposit and we trust that our Guests willl inform Managing Agents of anything that has been broken/damaged prior to their departure. During the months of July and August Saturday changeovers are preferable, all other periods are flexible to allow for booking of low cost flights. To the West is the wide valley of the river Gorgos, which crosses the area from West to East.
