Kings Chalet Park itself is in an excellent position just a few minutes' walk from Cromer beach and promenade, and there is a delightful cliff-top walk from the Park into town. Alternatively a slightly longer walk may be taken to Overstrand Beach. All the attractions of the North Norfolk coast are within easy access. There is ample parking on site and the park is maintained to a high standard with well-manicured lawns and lots of space for children to play safely, including a separate play area for ball games. The Chalet is semi detached and one of the newer, larger properties in the park. It offers a sitting room, kitchenette, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The accommodation is all on one level and there is also a bathroom with a bath and shower. Living Area The sitting room has two chairs, a wall heater, a sofa bed, radio and a 28' Freeview TV with built in DVD player. Kitchenette Foldaway dining table and chairs to seat up to six people There is an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and toaster. Bedrooms and Bathroom 1 double and 1 twin bedroom; bathroom with bath, electric shower and WC. The twin bedroom now has 2 bunk-beds which means you can sleep up to 4 in the room. This means you can sleep up to 6 people in the chalet without having to use the living room. Perfect for families with more than 2 children! Outside Communal Garden and Grounds with paved pathways and plenty of car parking near the chalet. Bed linen and towels are not included: please remember to bring your own. If you require the use of the sofa bed, please also remember to bring a duvet, pillows and bed linen. There is a £1 slot meter for electricity, which is very reasonably priced. On leaving please make sure the chalet is clean and tidy for the next visitor, a deposit of £50 is required which will be refunded when the chalet is returned in a clean state. Kings Chalet Park closes for the winter between November and March each year. Frequently Asked Questions ===================== Q. Can I bring my dog? A. Yes you can! They are welcome but please make sure they are well behaved and do not disturb the neighbours. Q. How many does the Chalet sleep? A. There is a double bed and 2 bunk beds, so 6 people in total can sleep in the chalet. Q. Can I arrive or leave on a day other than Saturday? A. Generally, no you can't. This is because the cleaners are all geared up to work on Saturdays. However, I am more flexible out-of-season (that is March or September).More

Location of park was very good, a short walk into Cromer and the beach (watch out for lots of steps down/up from the beach for those who may be a bit unstable on their feet). Chalet was basic but was clean, tidy and well equipped...More
