The Half Landing has a Shower room With WC and Sink
The First Floor features 4 Principle rooms, Two with King size Beds and en-suite bathrooms and Two twin bedded rooms, with a shared Family Bathroom.
The Second (TOP) Floor, Features Two Single Bedrooms both of which have with Low ceilings (5ft 8) and One Double room and a Family bathroom.
The House has Gas Central heating and Secondary Glazing on the Ground Floor, it is also equipped with Broadband and WI FI.
The House is equipped with High Chair and Travel cot for smaller visitors, Dog's are welcome

Utility, Located off the Kitchen this has two large Belfast sinks and a full height fridge and full height Freezer, also there is a mashing machine and tumble dry as well as a drying rack.
Snug , located off the back hall it's an ideal hideaway , with a selection of books , sofa and chair and a Television , and VCR
WC , locate on the ground floor off the main hall a convenience for guests
Seven Bedrooms, Comprising a mix of Single Beds and King Size Beds and Double Beds, ( please note Two of the top floor Rooms have reduced ceiling height )
Five Bathrooms, Two are en suite off the two master bedrooms ,All with White sanitary ware and showers over the bath, There is a fifth Bathroom on the half Landing with A full height walk in shower WC and Sink
Wi-Fi / Broadband, BT broadband is available at no extra cost for guests to use,

Gardens , the gardens at Glenbuckie surround the whole house but primarily lay to the rear, bordering on the River Lednock and the River Earn , there is ample space for relaxing and Al fresco dining , with the provision of a Selection of Tables and Chairs.

PLEASE NOTE THE GARDEN HAS A RIVER RUNNING ALONG THE EAST SIDE IT AND IS NOT FENCED OFF , CHILDREN AND PETS SHOULD NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE GARDEN .
THE HOUSE IS AN OLD PROPERTY AND THE STAIRS LEADING TO THE TOP FLOOR ARE CONSIDERED STEEP PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN DESCENDING AND ASCENDING THEM .
ANY DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY OR ITEMS BEING REMOVED OR THE PROPERTY BEING LEFT IN AN UNACCEPTABLE STATE WILL RESULT IN THE FULL DEPOSIT BEING RETAINED.

Second time we have booked this venue for a weekend get together of a variety of friends from around the country and once again was a perfect venue for the occasion.

Excellent location in a small well serviced village Good access for Loch Lomond and other walking areas. Pony Trekking at Port of menteith and lunch at the Lake Hotel is well worth it. ALSO VISIT Loch Tay at Kenmore .

The Crieff / Comrie area
Highland Perthshire is a great area for outdoor activities including fishing, golf and water sports. Comrie has a special Hogmanay flambeaux evening. Crieff has a highland games in August each year. Edinburgh is easily accessible for the largest arts festival in Europe and the world famous Edinburgh Tattoo.
Comrie has good local shops and a wide choice of eating places, offering both International and Scottish cuisine. There are a variety of local easily accessible walks, the Circular walk around Comrie is one of the most popular. For the slightly more serious walker, Ben-y-honzie and Ben Vorlich are not too far away. Comrie has its own earthquake house lying on the Highland boundary fault.
