Cottage is set in rural location 4 miles from Comrie at the foot of Ben Clach with wonderful views Sheep can be available for sheepdog training pets welcome garden securely fenced Ample parking Furnished to a high standard comfortable and ideal for a family and friends countryside break Linen and towels provided.It has a family room with king sized bed and a cot. Two other room s have full sized single beds that can be joined to make king sized beds. The rooms are all spacious with reclining chairs for relaxing.
There is a seating area with TV/DvD.
The kitchen table seats six people and can be extended.Also seating area in kitchen with relaxing chairs.

I stay in farmhouse so someone is on hand to deal with any questions or assistance if needed. It is a working farm and Guests can see the various activities I.e.lambing shearing, gathering the sheep off the hills and training of sheepdogs.

On arrival was impressed with the most beautiful views. The house itself was well equiped and felt instantly at home. Only little niggle was there only being one bathroom. Apart from that we had a brilliant holiday and would highly recommended this holiday home.

We stayed in this cottage for 3 nights in Aug 2017. The location is excellent - calm, serene and at a good (but approachable) distance from city. The quality, quantity of rooms were good. The kitchen was phenomenal. Great views of highlands from the windows....More

What an amazing little cottage. Perfect in every way. We stayed for 3 nights with our 2 dogs and loved every minute of it. The cottage was beautiful. Immaculately kept with fresh bread, eggs, milk and butter waiting for us . Joyce was very welcoming,...More

About the neighbourhood
Tighnablair is a birdwatchers paradise with many varieties of small birds but also Birds of Prey. Hill walking is on the doorstep as is the river for a paddle or a dip or just sit and enjoy the peace and quiet away from it all. Scottish Blackface Sheep can be available for Sheepdog training for experienced dogs only. The cottage is set in its own garden and this is securely fenced children and pets are welcome. It is a working farm so farm activities can be observed. Auchingarroch Wildlife Park is 5 mins and a great dayout with all types of animals.
