The grounds are meticulously maintained and the location is perfect. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets from the covered lanai, and just steps away from the pool. Only a few blocks to the beach, and golfing is right there (we don’t golf, but it’s beautiful). Lovely master suite with a private lanai, and the second bedroom has its own small lanai. The second full bathroom and washer/dryer were must haves for the four of us sharing the condo. Kitchen was small but adequate; the property mgr was very responsive to a problem with the refrigerator’s ice maker and filtered water. Wailea Ekolu 805 is an ideal home base for two couples.

Beautiful unit and views!
We have stayed in other units in Ekolu and this time we stayed in 805. It has beautiful ocean views, lots of green space in front of the lanai and it is close to the pool. The unit is beautifully renovated and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and it is easy to cook if that is what you want to do. We love this complex and find it tranquil and family friendly. We are heading back this summer for another visit and are looking forward to staying in #805 once again!

Nice clean and quiet
Have stayed in several of the other key areas in Maui over the years...first time in Wailea and liked this location the best hands down. Condo and the whole complex very clean and well managed nice pool area and good ocean views from this unit. 805 nicely updated throughout and was a great value. Prefer Wailea as it has an abundance of nice marked and unmarked beaches nearby with free parking everywhere. Seems far less hecktic than lahaina and kaanapalli down at the beeches further south of the kamoli beech parks. Check it out, I wanna move there!!

Ekolu Unit 805
Wailea Ekolu Unit 805 is a comfortable, clean, spacious, beautifully updated two bedroom/two bath condo. This first floor unit with a nice lanai has a partial view of the ocean and is located in a quiet area of the complex. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

805 Garden Apartment
We were very pleasantly surprised with the location and the wonderful view of the ocean and the visiting hump back whales. (Note to self to bring binoculars next time) it was well located for both vehicle and walking distance to the beach. Nicely appointed furniture and lots of extras. Would certainly go back there again!

Very well appointed
This is a personal preference, so not fair to rate the staybased on the bed. However, the bed in the master was about a thousand times harder than comfortable. Disappointed to not sleep well on vacation.

Great Experience
A couple of thoughts, a map showing location written directions were not the best, a personal visit from someone would have been nice, a map showing location of the unit numbers and layout of all units. A bucket and mop to keep the floors clean would habe been nice. This may sound petty but could have made quite a difference! Mahalo.

Tranquil Living with an Oceanview
We very much enjoyed our stay at 805 Wailea Ekolu. Great view as well as access for an older couple. The view was wonderful. The management company were very acommodating in supplying some things we needed to make our stay a great hoiiday!
