The building is located inside Montanita Estates, which is a newer section of Montanita, where other hotels and restaurants are currently operating. This section is very private, the condos have great views, there is parking and you are in town but in a nicer section of town overseeing the coast in front of you, the view reaches all the way to the Point. There is enough parking available, only 3 blocks away from the beach.
