There are walkways around the landscaped home with family owned private trails leading to the historic Glorieta Battlefield National Historic Park. This land was owned by our family prior to becoming a national park. The home includes 1 master bedroom with private bath that has a soaking tub and separate shower. 2 separate bedrooms adjoin a bathroom that has 2 sinks and a door that separates the toilet and bathtub/shower. A 4th smaller room serves as both a bedroom or office space that includes a desk. A half bath is accessible to the smaller room and laundry room that includes a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is newly renovated and and has new appliances and plenty of counter space. The dining table seats 6 and an additional dining area in the kitchen sits an additional 4 guests. The main level area includes a fireplace with satellite television that is right around the corner from the kitchen/cooking/fun loving activities enjoyed w/family and friends. The lower level access through french doors into a 500 sq. foot sun room with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, large picturesque windows with views of the mountains and stunning sunrise and evening skies, a romantic gas fireplace, bar area, and access to two separate patios. First of all, our hosts could not have been more accommodating during our 4 night stay. The home was spotless and was fully stocked in terms of kitchen items, appliances, spices, etc. The house was fantastic for our group of 5 with plenty of space...More

We enjoyed our stay. Located away from town but a close drive to wherever we wanted to go. The property owners were so nice. They really made the visit special.
