All of the architectural features in this 2,500 sq. ft. three bedrooms (all masters,) three bath home make it a classic Adobe Santa Fe property. This gracious adobe is just steps from the best coffee shop in town “Downtown Subscription” and just a few blocks to Canyon Road and the Plaza. Unique New Mexican details are found throughout the home such as brick and wide plank floors, wood and viga ceilings, handmade doors and three kiva fireplaces. Additionally, there is a comfortable queen size sleeper for an extra guest. The large living room seats ten people comfortably and still has room for the piano. The décor was curated over many years and represents the unique cultures of Santa Fe and New Mexico as well as local artists. The dining room and kitchen have all that you need for a simple meal or gourmet feast. Full Kitchen with High-end appliances. Off the dining room is your private garden patio with BBQ area for outdoor dining. There are large shade trees, umbrella, and fountain to complete the scene.  A large coyote gate at the driveway makes remote access easy into the compound feel of the home which is surrounded by adobe walls. Very private with plenty of parking in the heart of the historic district. Owners provide free unlimited long distance phone service as well as many premium cable channels including HBO, Showtime and ESPN with DVR recorders and Netflix. A CD player with music or stream with Sonos. High-speed internet and WiFi extend throughout the home. Central air conditioning.
