This beautifully furnished 1300 sq. ft., two bedroom, 2½ bath condo sleeps 6 and represents the best Santa Fe has to offer. The Native American and Southwest theme includes classic art, a woodburning Kiva fireplace, a sunny, inviting living area. The kitchen is fully furnished, there is cable TV in the living area and bedrooms, and high speed wireless Internet access is provided. An indoor swimming pool, hot tub and laundry facilities are available on the premises.
Conveniently located, this condo is a ten minute walk to the center of town and a short drive to activities and world class restaurants. Artist Road leads to many hiking areas and the celebrated Santa Fe Ski Basin 15 miles away. Within easy walking distance is Ft Marcy Recreation Center, complete with full gym, swimming pool, ...

Not a single problem. All was as described and we enjoyed our stay.
We are familiar with Santa Fe and came for a family reunion event. We normally stay with family, but space was limited due to the number of folks attending. It was so nice to have a reliable, conveniently-located space to call our own during the week. We never once had a problem and everything was exactly as described. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Location, convenience, and quiet
We booked the Hill's condo for the period January through March 2017 as a refuge from the worst of Wyoming's winter. Location was of prime importance being a short walk from the plaza and even shorter to a great recreation center with all the requisite fitness machines and classes. A bonus was also being only about 15 miles from the ski basin. While the unit is part of a condo/hotel complex never in three months were our evenings and sleeping time disturbed by noise. The owners, Stephen and Ronni Hill, were excellent hosts and friends and we look forward to returning.

Convenient and comfortable
I stayed here with my partner for a week in November 2016, this is in a purpose built condo area, where there is a laundry room and pool for all residents. The house itself is really nicely done with typical New Mexico art. It's nice to stay somewhere with a full kitchen allowing you to cook and eat whatever you want.
Town is a short walk away and there is a lot of parking around the condo's. Communication and hand over of keys with Stephen was really simple. I'd certainly stay here again and have recommended it to friends and family.

Excellent place to stay
Perfect location. 10 minute walk to plaza. We stay in this complex every time we visit Santa Fe. It's quiet and away from the tourist areas.

Perfect in every way.
We stayed in this condo over a long weekend for some skiing at Santa Fe Ski Area. There was plenty of room for the five of us, two adults and three teenagers. The owner was extremely helpful with arranging our stay and with showing us around the place when we arrived. All of the beds were very comfortable, including the sofa-hideaway (yes, really!). The kitchen was well-stocked, clean, and had plenty of dishes, utensils, and pots/pans. All appliances were clean and worked perfectly. All three bathrooms were spotless and well stocked. The showers were lovely, with good water pressure. The WiFi was pretty sad, which was our only challenge at this lovely place. And that's provided by the complex itself, not the owners of this condo. We got a pool key, but, sadly, did not have time to take advantage of the indoor pool or hot tub. Maybe next time.
The location was perfect for us, with a city shuttle bus leaving for the ski area from Marcy Park only five minutes drive away. Younger people than I am could probably walk easily to the shuttle pick-up spot. If you choose to drive to the ski area, the condo is right on that road! No guessing where to go, just turn right out of the parking lot and you're there in 25 minutes! The Plaza and downtown Santa Fe were very nearby, 10 to 20 minutes to drive practically anywhere. We chose to eat out in the evenings at a couple of local cafes and bar & grills, which were also very close to the condo and had plenty of street parking within a block or two (free after 6pm!), even on the holiday weekend.
Overall, we had a great time, the condo was perfect, and we plan to stay here again when we return to Santa Fe, as well as to recommend this condo to like-minded friends and family!

Family ski vacation
We just got home from spending 5 days and nights in beautiful Santa Fe. We enjoyed this charming condominium very much. It was in town but on the main road leading to Ski Santa Fe where we enjoyed skiing for 3 days. When we came home at night, staying here felt warm and cozy as Santa Fe was experiencing some very snowy conditions.
The owners and managers were extremely helpful and so easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying at this condo if you plan a trip to Santa Fe. It is also located very close to the Plaza area. I would give it a very high rating!

Great Location - Nice Condo
A very nice two bedroom condo in a great Santa Fe location. The owners went out of their way to make the guests fill welcome. Overall I would recommend the property to others as well as my friends.

Comfortable stay in this cozy Santa Fe condo!
We rented this lovely unit for two and a half weeks. Upon welcoming us, the owner familiarized us with the complex. The condo photos are exactly what to expect. The southwestern decor added to the charm of this older condo. The unit was cozy, comfortable and clean! The views from the living room and balcony are picturesque, as the unit sits high on the side of a ravine with abundant foliage.
Without transportation the last half of my stay, I walked everywhere. A few things I found inconvenient. There's limited public transportation. The plaza is downhill and quite a walk back up! The closest grocery isn't a realistic walk as it's two miles away on a busy street. The laundry and pool area are located at the bottom of the ravine. If you have a car, you can drive to them. We don't feel the condo is elderly friendly as you navigate stone paths and stairs to get around the complex.
The owner was always available to answer our questions.

Great Condo, Great Location
This is a very livable, well-maintained condo with a great location not far from downtown and on the road to the ski basin. The furniture and beds are comfortable, the kitchen fully-stocked with appliances and utensils, and nice televisions and ammenties are in the living room and bedrooms. The view from the front patio is also lovely across a small ravine of trees.
The owner was a pleasure to work with and sent several helpful guides of the area and websites of information. I would stay here again in a heartbeat as it was a great value.
