Our 3,300 sq. ft. vacation home is located on the west side of beautiful Santa Fe, with easy access to freeways. A very convenient location makes it a short drive to the historic downtown Plaza area, famous Canyon Rd, the Santa Fe Opera, shopping, movie theaters, rock climbing, mountain biking and fantastic hiking in the beautiful Sangre de Cristo mountains. The house is situated on 5 acres of beautiful high desert landscape including lots of pinon and juniper trees. The home was custom built in 1980 by my family and recently renovated. A fully stocked kitchen with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, adjacent to a dining area with a large table (seating up to nine plus high chair) and large picture window facing the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, makes it perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends. Between four large bedrooms and a finished basement that serves as a fifth sleeping area, the house will accommodate between 8-13 people on 2 king size beds, 2 queen size beds, 2 sets of twin bunk beds, full size roll away bed, and crib. Have your own tournament of ping pong on the full size table in the basement or on our new foosball table in the living room. The first and second floors boast 3 balconies that provide a beautiful view of the mountains on one side and breathtaking sunsets on the other. After a long day of shopping or hiking, enjoy conversation lounging on the large patio just outside the living room. Warm yourself around the fire pit or gaze up at the stars while sitting in your own private hot tub. The outdoor living space includes a large sectional and seating area that sits up to 14 people and surrounds a brand new propane fire pit. Enjoy grilling? We just installed a brand new gas grill and hooked it up the natural gas so all you have to do is turn it on! Two outdoor tables with umbrellas are perfect for your outdoor BBQ Want to keep up with the news, or catch the game? No problem, we have TV’s in every bedroom with DirectTV. The family room has a larger 60' TV with DVD player. Go a little old school and check out some of our classic VHS movies. And of course, free unlimited WiFi internet access. Full size washer and dryer if you need them. This is the perfect home for a family or larger groups. Tell us what you need and we will do our best to accommodate you! We rented this home in early November and had a great time. The house has a lot of room and worked well for sisters weekend. It is about 10-15 minutes from downtown Santa Fe and very close to the airport. The stairs going upstairs are a little steep, but easily managed. The beds are great. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. We thought the outside was fabulous. There is a fire pit, wonderful seating, a hot tub, and a great feeling of seclusion. There is so much to do in Santa Fe and the surrounding area. Lots of art galleries and little shops. Los Alamos is very interesting, as is Bandelier National Monument. It was a great weekend!

We enjoyed the home very much.
It was a real pleasure to stay at Jason’s family home in Santa Fe. We had 11 older adult family members, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the home. Jason was responsive to our every need. We have rented different homes in several locations for the past few years, and we considered this one to be the best! The home was located only 10-15 minutes from the Santa Fe plaza and the railroad arts district, but was situated to make us feel we were in the country where it was quiet and private. We were able to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. The home was a real delight.

Great experience
This place is really great , the house have 4 real bedroom 3 full bath ,large dining area, also extra open Sapce with 3 more beds ,very private ( neighbors with 500fit or more away ) located few min from gas station,CVS,and les the 10 min from big center with grocery store ( Albertson ) and Many more stores , only 20mile from sante fe ski , great view , I do recommend it for a large family or group of friends!!!

Excellent place for large group holiday!
We needed a place to stay in Santa Fe for a week while we attended our daughter's wedding. We are a large family (13 including infant) and this house was perfect! Very spacious and and it never felt crowded. Great place for having BBQs and visitors. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs and the hot tub was fun on cold evenings! For us, the location was convenient to the people and places we wanted to be near. Jason was very accommodating and helpful whenever we had questions or favors to ask! :-) And even contacted us/our daughter to return some things we'd left behind. Many of our visitors also said it was a lovely place to have. We felt the price was very good value for money and there were no hidden costs. We would definitely book this place again if we get the chance to go to Santa Fe in the future!
