Our beautifully restored Federalist style Inn is located in the top of the hill district of Newport within walking distance of the harbor, cliff walk, and mansions. The house features 10 bedrooms/10 bathrooms along with dining for 12, eat in kitchen with island and wood burning stove, onsite parking for 10 cars and over an acre of land. A perfect getaway for a family reunion or holiday celebration. Rentals are available by the long weekend or week from November-April.

Beautiful B&B in perfect location!
My husband and I stayed at this B&B for one night, then rented the entire house for an additional 4 nights for wedding guests. The accommodations are spacious, beds are comfortable, and is centrally located so you can walk to most Newport attractions or hop the trolley a block away. There's also amble parking in the rear, as the description notes. The owner, Mark, served breakfast while we stayed there as the B&B. The food was cooked to order off menu and was outstanding! We highly recommend this gem vacation spot!
