We just loved this house in Pezenas. It is so tastefully and considerately decorated and equipped. We spent most of our days soaking up the sun on the roof terrace which is so well equipped with tables, chairs, loungers, BBQ, fridge, crockery and even a kitchen sink to save you going up and downstairs. From a quiet semi-pedestrian street you enter the ground floor of this 18th century Pezenas holiday home. On the ground floor is a garage (not in use for parking), with a utility area with washing machine, ironing board and sink. There is also a recently refitted shower room with wc - ideal for freshening up after a day at the beach!<BR><BR>Next, up a stone lined staircase to a bright and well furnished first floor sitting room and kitchen. Two large French windows open on to railed juliet balconies that let in plenty of light and air.<BR><BR>There are two sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. Parking is in a choice of (free) car parks, the nearest of which is a 2 minute walk away.<BR><BR>Our Pezenas house is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Beziers airport (served by Ryanair from London Luton, Manchester and Bristol) or 40 minutes from Montpellier for air and rail/TGV links across France & Europe( Ryanair to Leeds and Birmingham. Easyjet to Gatwick.) Carcasonne and Nimes airports are also within an hour's drive.<BR><BR>
