The house is situated within easy access for the Parque Nacional da Peneda-Gerês. The village of S. Paio de Jolda is in easy access of the motorway, the nearest exit only being 5 Km away, allowing you to enjoy the marvelous white sandy beaches of Viana do Castelo and the surrounding area of vineyard and pine forests. In the garden a small fountain where you can hear the sound of water gently falling into the pond, giving a sense of natural peace and calm. In this area you can enjoy your meals at a table shaded by an umbrella You can enjoy fresh grilled fish or meat on the small barbecue, with a glass of Vinho Verde allways fresh and sparkling all of wich compliment Al Fresco living. Crossing the apple orchard you will arrive at the swimming pool wich allows the sun rays to gently warm the water of the pool to a temperature between 25 and 28ºC. Casinha do Terraço - Former housing for workers at Quinta da Breia, Casinha do Terraço has two floors. The name of the house refers to the outdoor terrace where we place an oval garden table with chairs and an umbrella. A small stone step gives access to the entrance door to the living room on the upper floor. The living room has a sofa, a side table, two resting chairs, a cupboard and a small cupboard and gives access to a bedroom and the steps that lead to the kitchen. The bedroom, with access to the outside through the French window, double bed, a bedside table and dresser and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The old kitchen with fireplace and old bread oven has a table and four chairs, a gas stove and oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, a toaster and a capsule coffee machine. In the cupboards you will find all kitchen utensils and crockery. In winter you can light the fireplace with wood provided by the farm. The interior stairs give access to the bedroom on the lower floor with two single beds, a nightstand, a dresser, a closet and a door leading to a complete bathroom with bath and shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The room has a window that faces the outside. All the clothes in the house are provided by us, with a change of bath towels every 3 days and the cleaning of the house is ensured at the end of 7 days. Upon arrival, a welcome pack with various food products is offered and a daily supply of fresh bread is ensured. During your stay you can enjoy the outdoor pool, a games park, have a barbecue in your outdoor space, ride a bike, take a short walk in the canoes, and use the shared laundry machine. Internet access abroad (via wireless) Equipped with central heating and public network water. The change of bath towels is carried out after 3 nights and change of bed linen after 7 nights. Cleaning every 7 night staying Wellcome pack and fresh bred every morning Externally free wi-fi is available. Minimum stay: 2 nights Extra bed in HIGH SEASON: 10 Euros/night. Pets allowed. How to get there
If you come direction South/North by the A3 you must leave at tool gate nº 12 (Arcos de Valdevez) and follow the IC28 until the exit nº7 (Refoios do Lima); then you enter the National Road 202 (direction Arcos de Valdevez) and, after 2,5 Km, you'll see a sign anoucing "Freguesia de Jolda S. Paio"; you continue driving on the National Road until you see, on your right, the village church; facing the church, on the left side of the road, there's the entering gate of the farmGeográficas: 41º47'47'' N, 8º29'46'' W  Decimais (GPS): 41.796472,-8.496165
