This 'Wow Factor' apartment with a waterfront location has been converted and furnished to a high specification with stunning views of Clarence Marina below and of the Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth Harbour, HMS Warrior and the Naval Dockyard across the water. Big on character with huge oak beams, Georgian cast iron posts and some exposed original brickwork giving a flavour of the buildings former life as part of the Royal Naval Victualling Yard. There is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with historic double wooden doors leading onto a balcony. There are two good sized bedrooms both with 5ft king-size beds, one en-suite with a powerful shower and a separate bathroom with bath and shower. Both bedrooms have sea views. Whilst the other side of the ferry landing offers the attractions of the Naval Dockyard with HMS Warrier, HMS Victory and the Mary Rose museum. On this side of the water a short walk accross the Millennium Bridge, a drawbridge from the apartment leads to the Explosion Museum and the Submarine Museum is also close by. More

Absolutely Fabulous! So many Wow’s , the apartment is beautiful, high end, the view is panoramic and ever changing. Sally was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she kept in touch if we needed her. Thank you Sally.
