The Coach House is a modern stylish 4 bedroom detached house in the grounds of an impressive Georgian Grade II listed former gentleman’s residence, fully equipped for self-catering. Each of the 4 bedrooms contain superior quality kingsize double beds with 1 bedroom being on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms being on the upper floor and each bed is made up with crisp cotton linen and fresh towels are supplied for all guests. All 4 bedrooms offer an adjoining en suite bath/shower room with one being able to double as a communal bathroom if required. The kitchen is fitted with granite worktops, light modern units, a centre island consul breakfast bar plus is fitted with all essential mod cons. From the kitchen is a walk in utility room, hidden away out of sight with the washing machine, tumble dryer and the cleaning equipment and appliances. The dining area is home to a large modern glass top dining table and 8 chairs alongside the lounge which accommodates two comfortable leather sofas, large matching armchair and large wall mounted flatscreen TV. The rear garden can be accessed by the French doors within the dining room and are laid to patio and lawn with outside tables and chairs, plus BBQ. The front drive has space to comfortably allow off road parking for 4 vehicles and is shared with its parent property Bury Villa, a 7 bedroom Grade 2 listed house. Bury Villa can sleep up to 19 guests and the two houses can be rented together, if required. All linen and towels are provided and are changed weekly with a mid week maid service available on request. Child cots, highchairs and stairgates also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own childs bedding). In addition we can provide a child’s sized foldable ‘Z’ bed or a futon style bed cube to allow one of two of the bedrooms to be used as ‘family rooms’ with the additional guests over 8 being charged at a rate of £25 per week/part week per head or we charge £25 per set of extra linen requested.More

About the neighbourhood
We have plenty to do locally and there is something to cater for most tastes and ages. We also have a fantastic development on the harbour entrance called Gunwharf Quays, home of the now iconic Spinnaker Tower. This waterside complex has over 90 designer retail outlets, around 30 restaurants/cafés/bars, a casino, cinema, bowling and nightlife, all beautifully set around the quayside making this a fantastic place to spend the day or evening.
Getting around
With regards to public transport the nearest train station is Portsmouth Harbour which is located next to the Gosport/Portsmouth Ferry. This passenger ferry is then a short 5 minute ride across the water and then you are an approximate 5 minute taxi ride to the house with a taxi rank in front of where the ferry disembarks We also have the nearby Fareham station which is an approximate 6-8 mile distance and an approximate 20 minute drive out of peak hours and should be avoided during rush hour if possible.
