The triplex flat is on the top floor of a 3 storey house in the center of the pedestrianized medieval village, 5 minutes walk from the nearest free parking, shops, bars and restaurants.
On one floor, the fully equipped kitchen leads to the lounge with flat screen TV, then the secluded terrace, a real gem for the Summer. The kitchen includes a cooker with 3 gas rings, 1 electric ring and an electric oven. Then on the floor below the master bedroom 1 and the fully equipped bathroom. Between both, a bedroom (without window) can accommodate a child. There is a travel cot. The mezzanine is the bedroom 2 with king size bed and en-suite loos.
Prices are for 2 adults. Prices for extra person are for adult and negotiable according to the age of the children. Please ask for a quote.

About the neighbourhood
Welcome to Breil-sur-Roya, a great place for white water sports and hiking including the Valley of the Merveilles with 40000s prehistoric rock carvings.
The nearest beach is in Ventimilla but the nicest beaches are in Menton with free parking next to it. The tourism office will give you all information including a map of walks from the village, seasonal events, etc. They have free WiFi. There are good restaurants and food shops in the village as well as concerts, art exhibitions and celebrations during the Summer.
Getting around
You can walk to the baker, cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarket. There are many walks starting from the flat but for the beach and the montain treks a car is recommended. There is the famous train des Merveilles up to Tende and down to Nice. Also there is an inexpensive bus to Menton, Ventimilla and back. For all tourist enquiries the tourism office is very helpful and they speak English.

Airport: nice international airport: 30.0 km
Railway: breil sur roya: 1.0 km
Without car: the train station is only 1km away or there are buses to Menton. The train station in Nice is a special bus drive from the airport.
With a car: car rentals are at the airport or Nice train station. The quickest way is to take the motorway direction Gênes (Genoa Italy). Exit at Vintimillia and after the toll take the left hand fork and follow the direction Breil-sur-Roya & Tenda. The road is in the Roya valley and at the entrance of the village, cross the bridge then park (freely) in the first square on your right (with the tourism office). The flat is 5 minutes walk into the village. Parking is forbidden during market day on Tuesdays. There are many more parkings further up or across the river
