Wonderful stay at Shorley Wall
Shorley Wall is perfectly situated for a very short walk to the beach and town center. The added bonus is the ample parking on the drive. The house is a well decorated , clean and comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this holiday home.

Will be returning!
Shirley Wall is the perfect holiday home for your stay in Broadstairs. Close walking distance to everything you’ll want to visit. It has been decorated to a high standard and it was spotlessly clean on arrival. I have no hesitation in giving it a 5 star rating!

Short stay in Broadstairs.
Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Only five minutes walk to sea. Great location. We were blessed with great weather and children really enjoyed an English seaside holiday.

Lovely seaside break
Lovely well presented house with everything you need for a lovely stay. Hosts even included tea, coffee and sugar, fresh flowers and toiletries.

Immaculate holiday house in ideal location
This semi-detached holiday house is located in a quiet, pleasant cul-de-sac within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beach. It has off-road parking for two vehicles which is gold dust in Broadstairs! We found the residence very covid-friendly with keypad access, sanitisers and plenty of outdoor patio furniture. Furnishings are modern and tasteful, there is Sky, strong WIFI, and a well-equipped kitchen which we made good use of. The conservatory catches the afternoon sun and is very pleasant to sit in. Gina is very helpful and provided a lovely welcome pack. Teenagers and parents gave this holiday house a big thumbs up!

Had a fantastic few days at Broadstairs. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and excellent and the communication from the owner before and during the stay was fabulous. Thank you very much and we will definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay
We stayed at Shorley Wall in August for a week with 2 young children. The house was perfect for us, great size and in an ideal location. We’ll definitely be back! The owners are extremely helpful and on hand to help with any requests. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent stay once again
We have stayed at Shorley Wall many times and once again we had an excellent stay. The precautions put in place for Covid 19 were very good, the house was spotless and we were very happy there. The house has parking for 2 cars, 3 bedrooms 1 x King 1 x Double and 1 x room with 2 Single beds. Two of the rooms have been decorated recently the other was done a couple of years ago and it all looks lovely and bright. The kitchen is a good size and has a washing machine plus a new cooker, the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden has been altered this year and it gives more sitting space outside plus a washing line. The TV has Freeview channels so we bring our Amazon Fire Stick especially as this year we did not go out in the evenings as often. It is not a long walk to the shops and beach 5 to 10 mins. This is a great house and Gina is a very friendly and approachable owner who can sort any problems very quickly.

Lovely, clean holiday home
Shorley Wall was the perfect place for our mini-break in Broadstairs...so clean and cosy and it's in a great location just a short walk from Viking Bay sandy beach and the town. Our host couldn't have been more friendly or helpful and accommodating - thank you Gina! . The double beds are extremely comfortable and the linen especially nice...white, crisp and beautiful to sleep in. We managed fine without a dishwasher; the small frying pan is brilliant to cook in and easy to wash! The garden area is really lovely to sit & relax in after a day out. We hope to return one day soon.

The house is in Broadstairs, a town of ice cream parlours, chic shops, cafes and bars, and old-time seaside charm. A family-friendly resort packed with beautiful bays. Broadstairs gives you seven sandy beaches and bucket loads of seaside charm. Children’s rides, surf schools and beach huts, music at the Bandstand and Punch and Judy. Eateries include smart restaurants, quaint cafés and 1950s ice cream parlours. Rediscover the joy of having fun together beside the shore. Broadstairs has three restaurants in the Michelin Guide, Kebbells, Stark and Wyatt & Jones, (renamed to Twenty Seven Harbour Street). They are all within walking distance.

How to get there
We are situated on the south-eastern tip of Kent, a unique location which provides us with a more temperate climate than some other parts of the country. Excellent road and rail links from London means that getting here is quick and easy, even the continent is just a hop across the Channel. Nearby airports include Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted, Luton. High Speed trains run from London into Broadstairs. The Thanet area is served well by numerous bus links Parking can be expensive so being able to leave the car in the drive and walk is a bonus.
